County Jail Bookings

The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 5:25 a.m. Monday – Jason Patrick Spriggs, 36, of 802 W. Thorn St., North Manchester, charged with driving while suspended with a prior suspension, resisting law enforcement, obstruction of justice, reckless driving, possession of methamphetamine and felony failure to appear. Bond: $10,500.

• 11:13 a.m. Monday – Elizabeth Kay Stump, 36, of 322 N. CR 900E, Pierceton, arrested for a misdemeanor probation violation. No bond.

• 12:57 p.m. Monday – Cristian Alexis Nevarez, 19, Fort Wayne, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $500.

• 1:19 p.m. Monday – Robert Keith Powell, 28, of 524 E. Center St., Warsaw, charged with felony failure to appear, criminal mischief, false informing and disorderly conduct. Bond: $5,535.

• 6:13 p.m. Monday – Jamison Alvin Ashby, 28, of 5548 N. CR 1100W, Etna Green, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension, possession of marijuana, hash oil or hashish, possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:32 p.m. Monday – Dustin Robert Ashby, 22, of 10402 South Ind. 15, #6, Silver Lake, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear, possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, hash oil or hashish, and criminal conversion. Bond: $10,850.

• 10:17 p.m. Monday – Savannah Dannielle Madis Olinger, 18, homeless, arrested for manufacturing and/or dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $10,250.

• 10:23 p.m. Monday – Branden Trey Clupper Reese, 22, of 6473 W. Ind. 14, Silver Lake, arrested for manufacturing and/or dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $20,250.

• 11:09 p.m. Monday – David Paul Norris, 67, of 312 W. Crystal Flash Road, #26, North Webster, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, hash oil or hashish, possession of paraphernalia and misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $5,650.

• 1:42 a.m. today – Jonathan Carlie Shepherd, 29, of 3451 E. Pleasant Grove Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and residential entry. Bond: $5,250.

Property Damage Accidents

• 2:48 p.m. Friday – 1 Warrior Path, Syracuse. Driver struck parked car registered to Cathy M. Weiler, McCordsville. Driver: Hallie M. Clayton, 17, East Lapoint Drive, Milford. Damage: $750-$1,000. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 10:27 p.m. Friday – East Armstrong Road, 500 feet east of North CR 450E, Leesburg. Sideswipe collision while one driver attempted to pass a turning vehicle. Drivers: Austin S. Wood, 21, Ulrich Road, Milford; Sarah J. Lecount, 38, East Armstrong Road, Leesburg. Damage: $5,001-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Office investigated.

• 5:17 a.m. Saturday – North CR 100E, 300 feet south of East CR 300N, Warsaw. Driver swerved to miss squirrels, striking a guardrail and a utility pole and then rolling the vehicle. Driver: Jahlyn G. Smith, 25, Gilliam Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $5,001-$10,000. KCSO.

• 6:38 a.m. Sunday – Ind. 13, about a mile north of Ind. 14, Sidney. Deer struck. Driver: Elizabeth G. Hardy, 20, EMS T44 Lane, Leesburg. Damage: $5,001-$10,000. KCSO.

• 6:28 p.m. Friday – A juvenile complaint was made in the 2900 block of East Joshua Drive, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 8:18 p.m. Friday – An incident of fraud was reported in the 6300 block of South CR 400E, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 9:19 p.m. Friday - An incident of fraud was reported in the 3100 block of South Ind. 25, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 5:30 p.m. Saturday – A theft of a trailer gate was reported in the 7500 block of East CR 700N, Pierceton. KCSO.

• 11:11 p.m. Saturday – A hit-and-run incident was reported in the 2500 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 5:12 a.m. Sunday – A death was investigated in the 700 block of East Boydston Mill Drive, North Webster. KCSO.

• 11:21 a.m. Sunday – The theft of power tools from a work vehicle was reported in the 4000 block of North Bird View Drive, Warsaw. KCSO.
