• 2:34 p.m. Tuesday – Amanda M. Kidd, 22, of 3540 N. CR 1025W, Cromwell, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 3:03 p.m. Tuesday – Patricia L. Sweet, 28, of 1615 20th Road, Tippecanoe, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $250.

• 3:39 p.m. Tuesday – Andrew J. Futymoski, 29, Schoolcraft, Mich., arrested for burglary. No bond set.

• 3:45 p.m. Tuesday – David A. Huffenberger, 39, of 9660 E. Pixie Parkway, Cromwell, arrested for burglary. Bond: $40,750.

• 4:26 p.m. Tuesday – Geoffery E. E. Riddle, 31, of 9462 N. Ind. 19, #37, Etna Green, arrested for felony probation violation, misdemeanor probation violation, and on three failure to pay charges. Bond: $751.

• 4:59 p.m. Tuesday – Hunter C. Schue, 21, of 512 N. Ellsworth St., Warsaw, arrested on a warrant. No bond set.

• 12:47 p.m. Tuesday – East Bowser Road, 10 feet north of North CR 300E, Milford. Two-car collision. Drivers: Danica W. Masterson, 17, Herscher Drive, Warsaw; Cole M. Jordan, 19, Goshen. Injuries: Jordan was treated by EMS on scene for bruising; a passenger in Masterson’s car, Wyatt C. Shepherd, 18, Shell Bark Lane, Warsaw, was treated by EMS on scene for bruising; another passenger in Masterson’s car, Juniper A. Masterson, 16, Anchorage Road, Warsaw, was treated by EMS on scene for a complaint of back pain; and a passenger in Cole’s car, Ashlynn B. Stachowski, 15, East Wesley Lane, North Webster, was treated by EMS on scene for complaint of pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 8:23 p.m. Tuesday – The intersection of South Ind. 15 and South Lake Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Simon D. Korazemo, 63, Portage; Sarah M. Herring, 29, Kincaide Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD and Claypool Police Department investigated.

• 9:50 p.m. Tuesday – North CR 650E, 1,800 feet south of East CR 300N, Warsaw. Pickup hit guardrail. Driver: David C. Lindley, 25, North CR 700E, Leesburg. $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 11:55 p.m. Tuesday – North CR 425W, 850 feet north of West CR 900N, Milford. Car hit utility pole. Driver: Drew A. Beer, 24, North CR 425W, Milford. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 4:28 a.m. Wednesday – An employee of CVS Pharmacy in the 100 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw, reported the theft of vodka and candy from the store. Value: $22.28. WPD.

• 4:54 a.m. Wednesday – An investigation was opened in the 1300 block of Mariners Drive, Warsaw, for felony battery committed with a deadly weapon, using a knife. WPD.

• 5:02 a.m. Wednesday – An employee of Pak a Sak Marathon gas station in the 300 block of East Center Street, Warsaw, reported the theft of two packs of cigarettes from the store. Value: $11.89. WPD.
