Injuries: Wells did not survive the crash; a passenger in Wells’ car, Donya Tam, 26, Elkhart, was taken by ambulance to Goshen?Hospital for minor cuts and neck pain. Lehman, was taken by ambulance to Goshen hospital for a complaint of pain; passengers in Lehman’s truck, Marlene Lehman, 45, Syracuse; Ashlyn Lehman, 9, Syracuse; Austin Lehman, 9, Syracuse; and Alisha Lehman, 12, Syracuse; were all taken by ambulance to Goshen Hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
