• 9:31 p.m. May 31 – Ryan J. Baldwin, 34, of 1049 Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of a syringe and criminal trespass. Bond: $1,500.

• 10:22 a.m. Wednesday – Tera L. Bumgardner, 45, of 320 S. East St., North Webster, arrested for theft. Bond: $2,500.

• 12:30 p.m. Wednesday – Jonathan I. Fry, 38, homeless, arrested for theft. Bond: $11,750.

• 3:10 p.m. Wednesday – Heather M. Bellamy, 42, of 611 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 4:27 p.m. Wednesday – Ryan F. Hampton, 18, of 5097 W. CR 550N, Warsaw, arrested for forgery - counterfeiting. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:48 p.m. Wednesday – Brett A. Reffitt, 30, of 720 Wexford Place, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:10 a.m. Thursday – Zane M. Rogers Lampman, 20, of 1690 S. Ind. 19, Akron, arrested for operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.

• 3:21 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of East CR 1000N and North CR 400E, Milford. Car avoiding bunny rabbit hit tree. Driver: Rayna L. Richter, 57, East Armstrong Road, Leesburg. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

•8:10 a.m. Thursday – North CR 150W, 618 feet south of Executive Drive, Warsaw. Pickup hit REMC utility pole. Driver: Bryan E. Bronsing, 39, West Boston Street, Syracuse. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

Incidents

• 2:27 p.m. Wednesday – Two individuals were arrested after an employee of Owens Supermarket, located in the 2200 block of East Center Street, Warsaw, reported the theft of $100 of merchandise from the store. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 3:37 p.m. Wednesday – An individual was arrested in the 1000 block of Rozella Road, Warsaw, for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. WPD.

3:49 p.m. Wednesday – A man was arrested at Lassus Handy Dandy gas station, located in the 700 block of North Parker Street, Warsaw, after attempting to use a counterfeit $20 bill at the store. WPD.

5:47 p.m. Wednesday – A traffic stop in the 1800 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw, led to the arrest of an individual for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. WPD.

12:00 a.m. Thursday – Mentone Police Department filed a leaving the scene of an accident report in the 100 block of South Walnut Street, Mentone. Mentone Police Department investigated.
