• 7:34 p.m. Sunday – Jennifer L. Yates, 31, of 12414 CR 148, Syracuse, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:29 p.m. Sunday – Johnny R. Greene, 56, of 5870 S. Woodland Lane, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,082.25.

• 1:07 a.m. Monday – Dena De Lion, 43, of 615 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $1,000.

• 4:24 a.m. Monday – Maryjean E. Howard, 51, Elkhart, arrested for dealing a schedule V substance, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $20,250.

• 2:46 p.m. Monday – Tyler A. Prestin, 28, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, #154, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $4,500.

• 3:35 p.m. Monday – Andrew T. Corn, 23, of 504 W. Emeline St., Milford, arrested for felony and misdemeanor probation violations. Bond: $2,500.

• 3:37 p.m. Monday – Arahzad Y. Robinson, 24, Fort Wayne, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:03 p.m. Monday – James H. Hurd III, 32, of 10376 S. Edgewater Drive, Silver Lake, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 9:39 p.m. Monday – Dexter R. Nine, 32, of 5938 S. Woodland Lane, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,500.

• 1:21 a.m. Tuesday – Demetrius S. Miller, 31, of 701 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $2,047.

• 4:35 a.m. Tuesday –  Jordan J. Schultz, 29, of 1202 Wooster Road, #61, Winona Lake, arrested for arson. Bond: $15,250.

Accidents

• 3:09 p.m. Monday – The intersection of East CR 200 North and North Cessna Road, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Brady X. Herendeen, 23, North Sycamore Street, North Manchester; Irene Ramirez Luevano, 41, East CR 200 North, Warsaw. Injuries: The driver of the car, Herendeen, complained of head pain and was taken by ambulance to Kosciusko Community Hospital. The driver of the SUV, Ramirez Luevano, was  taken by ambulance to KCH for neck pain, and the minor child passenger in Ramirez Luevano’s vehicle was taken by ambulance to KCH for a laceration on the head. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 7:08 a.m. Monday – An attempted burglary was reported in the 300 block of South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:00 p.m. Monday – A trash can was reported stolen in the 6600 block of North Second Trail, North Webster. KCSO.

• 9:55 p.m. Monday – A domestic battery and vehicle theft was reported in the 500 block of North Harrison Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:46 a.m. Tuesday – Warsaw Community Schools reported damage in the 800 block of East Smith Street, Warsaw, in the amount of $1,000 to the school, and an arrest warrant was issued for an individual in that matter and for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. WPD.

• 4:26 a.m. Tuesday – A death investigation was opened in the 500 block of Hitzler Street, Warsaw. WPD.
