• 1:59 p.m. Wednesday – Christy M. Bodkin, 38, of 108 S. Fourth St., Pierceton, arrested for nonsupport of a dependant. No bond set.

• 2:07 p.m. Wednesday – Jason W. Craig, 51, of 3521 Lake City Highway, #209, Warsaw, arrested for stalking violations. Bond: $50,000.

• 3:41 p.m. Wednesday – Stephanie L. Emrie, 30, of 975 Logan St., Warsaw, arrested for child seduction. Bond: $10,250.

• 4 p.m. Wednesday – Joseph S. Gomez, 19, of 3762 W. Old 30, #618, Warsaw, arrested for felony and misdemeanor failure to appear charges. Bond: $439.50.

• 4:58 p.m. Wednesday – Darren A. Diaz, 37, of 223 W. Jefferson St., #11, Warsaw, arrested for two misdemeanor and one felony charges of failure to appear. Bond: $1,764.92.

• 8:08 p.m. Wednesday – Katreena R. Torres, 33, of 3762 W. Old 30, #45E, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 11:16 p.m. Wednesday – Aaron W. Lindsey, 38, of 89 EMS D18A1 Lane, Syracuse, arrested for possession of controlled substance. Bond: $600.

• 12:34 a.m. Thursday – Devon P. Poe, 31, of 1708 Tippecanoe Drive, Warsaw, arrested for felony and misdemeanor failure to appear charges. Bond: $10,250.

• 1:35 a.m. Thursday – Israel G. Villarreal, 47, of 220 Bass St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering life. Bond: $700.

• 1:52 p.m. Wednesday – East Winona Avenue, 200 feet east of South Park Avenue, Warsaw. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Bethany N. Brower, 46, West Winona Avenue, Warsaw; Emily R. Serfling, 25, East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 4:46 a.m. Thursday – West Ind. 14, 500 feet east of South CR 925W, Silver Lake. Car hit deer. Driver: Taylor G. Hanes, 21, West Walnut Street, Akron. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 2:14 p.m. Wednesday – A three-wheel bicycle was reported stolen in the 1500 block of Maye Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 7:35 p.m. Wednesday – A report for possession of a controlled substance was opened in the 1300 block of South Huntington Street, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 8:10 p.m. Wednesday – A battery report was taken in the 200 block of South High Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 11:04 p.m. Wednesday – A battery causing bodily injury was reported in the 3300 block of Old Colony Road, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:38 a.m. Thursday – A man was arrested in the 300 block of West Porter Street, Warsaw, for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and endangering life. WPD.
