• 7:22 p.m. Monday – Walter A. Vitalone Jr., 56, of 7265 Eagle St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.

• 5:34 p.m. Sunday – An employee of Walmart in the 2500 block of Walton Avenue, Warsaw, reported $24.02 worth of merchandise stolen from the store. WPD.

• 5:38 p.m. Sunday – An operating a vehicle while intoxication investigation was opened in the 1800 block of Sue Avenue in Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:29 p.m. Sunday – A man reported $150 worth of medication stolen in the 6200 block of East CR 400S, Pierceton. KCSO.
