On Aug. 24, the children of Debra and Terry Reed - Edward, Dathan, Terra and Ryan - will host a 50th wedding anniversary reception for their parents with an open house. It will be held at the First Baptist Church in Warsaw, 2819 Patterson Road, next to Menard’s, from 2 to 5 p.m. Come help them celebrate their special day. Cards may be sent to P.O. Kathleen N. Anderson-Takacs, 84, of Pierceton, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2024, at Lutheran Hospital of Fort Wayne. Kathy was born on Aug. 14, 1940, in Prestonsburg, Ky., to Darwin and Jane Gibson. On April 17, 2004, she married Bill Takacs in Gatlinburg, Tenn., who survives.
