Requesting An Amendment To the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From an Industrial 2 District to an Industrial 3 District, The Following Real Estate, located on East Side of SR 15 & 2500' South of 600 N Key # 029-068-018 in Plain Twps.
And Described As Follows. To Wit:
Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 17, Township 33 North, Range 6 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana (This description prepared by Kevin R. Michel, LS80870006, as part of 15 North Industrial Center, completed by J.K. Walker and Associates, P.C., dated October 12, 2018), being more particularly described as follows, to wit:
