    Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed by Carey Realty Co. Requesting An Amendment To the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From an Industrial 2 District to an Industrial 3 District, The Following Real Estate, located on East Side of SR 15 & 2500' South of 600 N Key # 029-068-018 in Plain Twps.

    And Described As Follows. To Wit:

    Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 17, Township 33 North, Range 6 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana (This description prepared by Kevin R. Michel, LS80870006, as part of 15 North Industrial Center, completed by J.K. Walker and Associates, P.C., dated October 12, 2018), being more particularly described as follows, to wit:

    Commencing at a P.K. nail at the Southwest comer of said Southeast Quarter; thence N89°-201-45"E (basis of bearings for this description is an assumed bearing of N00°-001-00"E for the East line of said Southeast Quarter), on and along the South line of said Southeast Quarter, a distance of 63.40 feet to the point of intersection with the East right-of-way line of the Winona Interurban Railway; thence N00º-031-42"E, on and along said East right-of-way line, a distance of 1640.75 feet to a chain link post found at the Northwest corner of a certain tract of land as recorded in Document Number 200400011191 in the records of Kosciusko County, Indiana, said chain link post also being at the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing N00°-031-42"E, on and along said East right-of-way line, a distance of 1063.15 feet to a chain link post found at the point of intersection with the North line of said Southeast Quarter thence 589°-431-00"E, on and along said North line, a distance of 695.41 feet to a 5/8-inch iron pin capped "Walker" found, said iron pin: being situated N89°-43'-00"W, a distance of 1885.71 feet (recorded 114217 rods which equals 1885.71 feet), from a railroad spike found at the Northeast comer of said Southeast Quarter; thence S00° -00'-00"W, a distance of 1155.00 feet to a 5/8-inch iron pin capped "Walker"; thence N89°-43'-00"W, a distance of 296.11 feet to a 5/8-inch iron pin capped "Walker" on the East line of said tract of land in Document Number 200400011191; thence N00°-03'-42"E, on and along said East line, a distance of 88.28 feet to a SIB-inch iron pin capped "Walker" at the Northeast comer of said tract of land in Document Number 200400011191; thence N89°-12'-23"W, on and along the North line of said tract of land in Document Number 200400011191, a distance of 400.58 feet to the point of beginning, containing 17.63 acres of land, more or less, subject to all legal right-of-way, subject to all legal drain easements and all other easements of record.     .

    This Change Is Requested To Permit the Above Described Real Estate to Be Used For The Purpose of Industrial 3 Uses as defined in the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance .

    This Hearing Will Be Held in the Commissioners Room in the Kosciusko County Court House, 100 W Center St., Warsaw In On Wednesday, August 7,2019 At 1:00 P.M.
