Teresa was born March 23, 1960, in Rochester to Rudy and Carolyn “Sue” Lockridge Petrosky. She grew up in the Akron area, graduated from Tippecanoe Valley High School in 1978, graduated from Purdue University with honors in Psychology in 1982 and received her Master’s degree at Kansas State University in 1986. She worked for three years at Youth Service Agencies in the suburbs of Chicago before moving to Wyoming. She worked as a therapist at the Wyoming Counseling and Treatment Center in Casper. She began working at Casper College in 1991 as a Counselor, the last six years as Director of Counseling. She retired in 2017. She was also in over 50 plays at the Stage III Community Theatre - several were lead roles. Her final performance was as Kate in “All My Sons” in March of this year. She enjoyed performing in plays and dancing. In addition to her support of the arts, she also volunteered her time with the local branches of the American Cancer Society and the National MS Society.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Dob; sons, Graham (Kayla) Wallace, Durham, North Carolina; Will, Casper; and daughter Micki, Casper; also her mother, Carolyn Petrosky; and brother, Steve (Lesa) Petrosky, Akron. Aunts Marjorie Nordman, North Manchester; and Rita Lynn, Wabash.
She was preceded in death by her father, Rudy; brother, Kim (Kemo); and sister, Lichelle.
Services were held June 28 in Casper.
