FRANKLIN – Franklin College's 2019 commencement ceremony took place May 18 in Spurlock Center Gymnasium on the Franklin College campus.
Graduates from Northeast Indiana include: Darren Alan Schaefer, son of Eric and Stephanie Schaefer of Warsaw, received a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology (criminal justice).
Lawlor Graduates Bob Jones University
GREENVILLE, S.C. – Bethany Lawlor, a resident of Warsaw, was among nearly 600 students who graduated from Bob Jones University May 3.
Lawlor graduated Cum Laude with a BS in elementary education.
Sidwell Graduates Basic Training
U.S. Air Force Airman Gabriel C. Sidwell graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas.
The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.
Airmen who complete basic training also earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.
Sidwell is the son of Derek and Ellen Patterson of Syracuse.
He is a 2019 graduate of Wawasee High School, Syracuse.
