NORTH MANCHESTER – Gary Dean

Saull, 82, of Fort Wayne, Ind., (formerly

of Leesburg, Ind.) passed away at 7:45

p.m. on Sunday, June 30, 2019, at

Kingston at Dupont in Fort Wayne. He

was born on July 29, 1936 in Upper

Sandusky, Ohio, to Claire and Nora

Lehman Saull.

He grew up in Ohio and graduated

from Upper Sandusky High School. He was married on

February 15, 1958, in Valley City, Ohio to Ruth Marie Faur,

who preceded him on January 18, 1979, and then on

January 9, 1982, in Warsaw, Ind., to Arlene C. Virge

Manthey who preceded him on November 7, 2018. He

retired from Sprint (Century Link) and formerly worked

at Northern Electric & United Telephone Companies. He

lived in the Leesburg/Atwood area most of his life and

lived in Florida after eight years before moving to Fort

Wayne in November 2018.

He formerly attended the Redeemer Lutheran Church

in Warsaw.

He is survived by daughter, Tina Marie Brady of Albany,

Ind.; son, David Allen Martha Saull of Auburn, Ind.; stepdaughter,

Melody Heisman of Michigan City, Ind.; five

grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two wives;

and two brothers, Robert & Donald Saull.

Visitation will be from 2 to 3 p.m. on Saturday, July 6 at

Owen Family Funeral Home, North Webster, Ind. Funeral

services will follow at 3 p.m. on Saturday in the funeral

home with Pastor Greg Krafft of the Cedar Creek Church

in Fort Wayne officiating.

Burial will take place in the Leesburg Cemetery.
