The scholarship is available to a male or female resident of Kosciusko County or to a present or past member of a Kosciusko County Purdue Extension organization such as 4-H, Master Gardeners, Extension Homemakers, etc. Applicants may be of any age and may be majoring in any
Applications are due by March 15 and are available at the Extension office, 202 W. Main St., Warsaw, or online at extension.purdue.edu/Kosciusko; click on the link to Kosciusko County Extension Homemakers Association Student Scholarship.
In addition, Indiana Extension Homemakers is offering eight $500 scholarships to Indiana homemakers who are 25 and older. The Career Advancement Scholarship is to be used to complete education or upgrade vocational skills. Applicants must be admitted to or cleared for admission to an academic or vocational school that is state-licensed or accredited.
Applications for the Career Advancement Scholarship are also available at the Extension office.
Kosciusko County Extension Homemakers is affiliated with Indiana Extension Homemakers Association, The Cooperative Extension Service and Purdue University, and is interested in furthering education, leadership and community volunteerism.
