• 4:40 p.m. Tuesday - Brandy Christine Howard, 37, Lackey, Ky., arrested for battery by bodily waste and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $1,250.

• 5:16 p.m. Tuesday - Ricky Anthony Johnson, 38, of 19 E. North St., Milford, arrested for three counts of failure to appear, resisting law enforcement, battery - misdemeanor and theft. No bond set.

• 11:34 p.m. Tuesday - Veronica Watkins, 22, Winder, Ga., arrested on two counts of counterfeiting and resisting law enforcement. No bond listed.

• 11:39 p.m. Tuesday - Dustin Michael Gochenour, 36, of 868 S. Oak Brook Place, Warsaw, arrested for leaving the scene of a crash involving injury. Bond: $450.

• Midnight Tuesday - Cory Michael Cole, 19, of 211 S. West St., Milford, arrested for invasion of privacy and criminal trespass. Bond: $1,500.



Personal Injury Accident

• 7:11 pm. Monday - Intersection of Ind. 19 and Ind. 25, Mentone. Commercial truck-pickup collision. Drivers: Hayley N. Morris, 25, Missouri; William R. Sauer, 61, Kewanna. Injury: Sauer complained of pain to the leg and was checked out at the scene. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Mentone Police Department investigated.

• 1:41 p.m. Monday - South Ind. 15, 1,000 feet north of West CR 900S, Silver Lake. Pickup went off the road and hit a Frontier Communications telephone phone. Driver: Michelle S. Miller, 44, South County Farm Road, Claypool. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 5:09 p.m. Monday - North CR 475E, 100 feet north of East Shore Park Road, Warsaw. Car spun out and hit a utility pole guy wire. Driver: Ashley M. Shafer, 31, EMS B5 Lane, Leesburg. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.

• 5:55 p.m. Monday - South County Farm Road, 100 feet north of West CR 550S, Claypool. Pickup went off road and hit a cement fence pillar belonging to Steven D. Taylor, South County Farm Road, Claypool. Driver: Haley R. Yoder, 28, South CR 300E, Claypool. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 2:45 p.m. Tuesday - A woman reported her son was out of control in the 2900 block of East Joshua Drive, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 1:11 a.m. today - Criminal mischief was reported in the 300 block of South Main Street, North Webster. A window was broken. Damage: $100. North Webster Police Department investigated.
