• 11:21 a.m. Monday - Christopher Lee Langley, 37, Plymouth, arrested for failure to appear - felony. Bond: $808.

• 3:53 p.m. Monday - Joe Angel Rodriguez, 28, of 102 N. Main St., Sidney, arrested on two counts of failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $809.49.

• 8:13 p.m. Monday - Robert Scott Yerkes, 23, of 511 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.

• 2:27 a.m. today - Ashlee Nicole Russell, 23, of 730 Wexford Place, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $285.

• 7:50 p.m. Saturday - East U.S. 30, 2,500 feet east of East Van Ness Road, Pierceton. Car went off road and into an embankment. Driver: Brianna L. Shaub, 21, Portland. Injury: Shaub complained of head pain but refused medical attention. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 5:51 a.m. Monday - Turkey Creek Drive, 200 feet south of South Higbee Street, Milford. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Skylor C. Piersall, 21, South Higbee Street, Milford; Maria Martinez-Ramos, 31, Sue Avenue, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 6:30 a.m. Monday - East CR 1300N, 2,000 feet east of North CR 175E, Milford. Unknown vehicle hit car, forcing it into a ditch and into a barbed wire fence belonging to William L. Tucker, East CR 1300N, Milford; the unknown vehicle fled the scene. Driver remaining: Charles E. Nyers, 38, South Syracuse-Webster Road, Syracuse. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.
