• 9:12 a.m. Wednesday - Tylynn Gene Watkins, 47, of 64 EMS W26 Lane, North Webster, arrested for disorderly conduct. No bond listed.

• 11:45 a.m. Wednesday - Philip Michael Picanso, 41, Fort Wayne, arrested for fraud. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:20 p.m. Wednesday - Collin Marshall Boyll, 28, of 2605 E. Oak Lane, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 2:40 p.m. Wednesday - Samantha Lyn Davis, 21, of 1903 S. West Point Drive, Warsaw, arrested for incest. Bond: $10,250.

• 3:32 p.m. Wednesday - Lester R. Chupp, 72, of 13778 N. CR 950W, Nappanee, arrested for child molesting. Bond: $20,250.

• 5:42 p.m. Wednesday - Steven Joseph Walsh, 22, of 1404 Tippecanoe Drive, B2, Warsaw, arrested for criminal conversion. Bond: $600.

• 1:35 a.m. today - Adam Perry Shay, 28, of 899 S. Syracuse-Webster Road, Syracuse, arrested for theft. No bond listed.

• 1:19 p.m. Tuesday - North Fox Farm Road, 750 feet west of North CR 200W, Warsaw. SUV went off the road and hit a Kosciusko REMC utility pole.  Driver: Stephanie D. Hershberger, 45, East Wildwood Drive, Warsaw. Injury: Hershberger complained of pain to the upper arm and shoulder and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 8:16 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of West Lake Street and North Zimmer Road, Warsaw. Car went off road and hit a Kosciusko County Highway Department sign and a curb. Driver: Taylor D. Sleeth, 21, South Nellie Boulevard, Claypool. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 10:45 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of East Fort Wayne and North Harrison streets, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Heather N. Hale, 35, North Lindberg Street, Warsaw; Abisha Gross, 31, Boys City Drive, Winona Lake. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 12:05 a.m. Wednesday - South Ind. 25, 32 feet south of West CR 100S, Warsaw. Car left road and hit a NIPSCO utility pole guy wire. Driver: Ashley L. Moles, 33, St. Augustines Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.
