County Jail Bookings

The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 8:53 a.m. Friday - Justin Riley West, 27, Knox, arrested for residential entry and criminal mischief. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:49 a.m. Friday - Devon Pete Poe, 31, of 3104 E. Wooster Road, #59, Pierceton, arrested on three counts of failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $1,188.50.

• 10:58 a.m. Friday - Joseph James Busby, 35, of 8280 E. U.S. 30, #29A, Pierceton, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.

• 11:07 a.m. Friday - Dennis Raymon Franklin, 18, of 120 N. Bronson St., Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor battery and intimidation. Bond: $1,200.

• 11:25 a.m. Friday - Nicholas Scott Silvers, 40, Fort Wayne, arrested for fraud. Bond: $5,750.

• 11:49 a.m. Friday - Natasha Nicole Lindley, 23, of 4478 E. Sullivan Road, Leesburg, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 12:15 p.m. Friday - Christopher Charles Castle, 30, of 820 Wexford Place, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $285.

• 12:36 p.m. Friday - Courtney Christine Bowling, 28, of 8912 E. CR 500N, North Webster, arrested for possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle. Bond: $5,250.



Property Damage Accidents

• 6:53 a.m. Thursday - 777 N. Parker St., Warsaw. Pickup-SUV collision. Drivers: Berl D. Greene, 60, East CR 550N, Leesburg; Leah S. Sparkman, 39, North Cheyenne Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 8:43 a.m. Thursday - 1000 Kuder Lane, Warsaw. Car hit a fence and dumpster. Driver: Sagar Phalke, 26, Kuder Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 9:08 a.m. Thursday - 300 W. Chicago St., Syracuse. Semi-tractor trailer hit a boat mold, pushing it into the east metal wall out of Rinker Boat Company and bent an air hose. Driver: James C. Mitchell, 48, Franksville, Wis. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
