• 11:09 a.m. Tuesday - Tera Lee Bumgardner, 45, address unknown, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 12:37 p.m. Tuesday - Patrick A. Belt, 25, of 309 S. Henry St., Milford, arrested for dealing a controlled substance and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:56 p.m. Tuesday - Raylee Louise Batten, 18, of 1518 N. Hartzler St., Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 8:27 a.m. Monday - East U.S. 30, 200 feet west of Old 30E, Warsaw. SUV-van collision. Drivers: Daniel E. Bahrke, 45, Decatur; Leonard E. Burns, 48, Inverness Point, Warsaw. Injury: Burns complained of pain to the neck and was taken to a hospital. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 2:47 p.m. Monday - Intersection of West CR 1350N and North CR 950W, Nappanee. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Matthew J. Borkholder, 19, Bremen; Ronda J. Kuhns, 21, West CR 950N, Nappanee. Injury: Kuhns had cuts to the face but refused EMS. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 7:06 a.m. Tuesday - North Syracuse-Webster Road, 600 feet south of East CR 1200N, Syracuse. Pickup left road and hit a fence belonging to Michael L.
