Two family members are facing incest charges after a domestic disturbance was reported Thursday.

The exact biological relationship between the man and woman was redacted in court documents filed Tuesday.

William Glen Davis, 54, Lakeville, was arrested and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail at 5:46 p.m. Friday for incest, a level 5 felony, with a bond set at $10,000 surety and $250 cash. He has since been released and his initial hearing was set for 8:15 a.m. Feb. 7.

Samantha Lyn Davis, 21, of 1903 S. West Point Drive, Warsaw, was arrested and booked into the KCJ at 12:12 p.m. Thursday for domestic battery, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and dealing in paraphernalia.

Her preliminary bond was set at $1,000. A charge of incest was filed against her Tuesday, and her bond was set at $10,000 surety and $250 cash.

On Thursday, Warsaw Police officer Clayton Rieder responded to a domestic disturbance at 1903 S. West Point Drive. He spoke with Samantha and her ex-boyfriend, both of whom accused the other of domestic violence.

WPD officer Paul Heaton spoke with the ex-boyfriend who said the argument between he and her was because she was having sexual relations with William.

Court documents state Samantha admitted to WPD officer Jeffrey Ticknor that in July she started having sexual intercourse with William at her residence. They had sex multiple times in 2018.

William admitted to Heaton that he had sexual intercourse and other sexual conduct multiple times with the woman.
