Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed by Mark Hochstetler Requesting An Amendment To the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From an Residential District to an Agricultural District, The Following Real Estate, located on the South side of 1350 N & 1000’ West of SR 19 in Scott Township Key Number 023-004-001.B
And Described As Follows, To Wit:
A tract of land in the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 34 North, Range 4 East, Scott Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana. more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a brass plug at the Northeast comer of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 1 and within the right-of-way of County Road 1350 North; thence South 89 degrees 38 minutes 46 seconds West (basis of bearings established by INDOT VRS Base, using Indiana East NAD83 coordinate system). along the North line of said Southeast Quarter and within said right-of-way 966.57 feet to a Mag nail and the Point of Beginning; thence South 00 degrees 05 minutes 02 seconds West. parallel to the West line of the Northeast Quarter of said Southeast Quarter, 660.00 feet to a McCrea cap pin; thence South 89 degrees 38 minutes 46 seconds West, parallel with said North line, 330.00 feet to a McCrea cap pin on said West line; thence North 00 degrees 05 minutes 02 seconds East. along said West line, 660.00 feet to the Northwest corner of said Northeast Quarter and within said right-of-way, being 0.6 feet North of a railroad spike; thence North 89 degrees 38 minutes 46 seconds East. along said North line and within said right-of-way, 330.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. containing 5.00 acres more or less.
Subject to a 25 foot drainage easement for the adjoining property to the East to install and maintain a drainage pipe to the Armey County Tile. said easement more particularly described as follows:

This Hearing Will Be Held in the Commissioners Room in the Kosciusko County Court House, 100 W Center St., Warsaw In On Wednesday, February 6, 2019 At 1:00 P.M.
