• 4:13 p.m. Monday - Willie Clarence Adams, 66, homeless, Fort Wayne, arrested on six counts of failure to appear - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 6:23 p.m. Monday - Judd Emery Metz, 50, homeless, arrested on a warrant and for false identity statement. Bond: $600.

• 8:39 p.m. Monday - Amanda Katherine Pavel, 24, of 409 W. Huntington St., North Webster, arrested for fraud. Bond: $5,750.

• 12:01 a.m. Saturday - North CR 675E, 1,500 feet north of East CR 500N, North Webster. Car went off road and hit a NIPSCO utility pole; driver left the scene but later made contact with police. Driver: Jeremy S. Perkins, 28, Fort Wayne. Injury: Perkins suffered bruising to the head and later went to a hospital to be checked out. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 10:13 a.m. Saturday - South Ind. 15, 1,000 feet north of West CR 1300S, Silver Lake. Car went off road, hitting a tree and a row of bushes. Driver: Kelly S. Click, 40, Denver, Ind. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Claypool Police Department investigated.

• 3:38 p.m. Monday - 1030 S. Union St., Warsaw. Car-van collision. Drivers: Kelly J. Bugg, 54, Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw; Melissa C. Barrette, 40, South Walnut Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 6:32 p.m. Monday - Intersection of South Buffalo Street and East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Heather M. Short, 36, South Cost-A-Plenty Road, Warsaw; Rachael L. Hoffert, 38, Nuthatch Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 7:35 p.m. Monday - North CR 100E, 400 feet north of East Pound Drive, Warsaw. SUV hit deer. Driver: Alice M. Smith, 40, North Grouse Court, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 5:38 a.m. Saturday - A vehicle was found in a ditch in the 12600 block of North CR 100E, Milford. The driver appeared to be intoxicated. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 3:45 p.m. Saturday - Vandalism to a vehicle was reported in the 300 block of West Washington Street, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 7 p.m. Saturday - A vehicle slid off the road in the 8900 block of East CR 500N, North Webster. The female driver was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. NWPD.

• 12:34 p.m. Sunday - A theft from a vehicle was reported in the 800 block of East Camp Mack Road, Milford. Taken were a tool and a recording. Value: $2.10. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 12:45 p.m. Sunday - A battery was reported in the 1600 block of East CR 200N, Warsaw, and a person was arrested. KCSO.

• 1:44 p.m. Sunday - A traffic stop led to the arrest of a person for possession of marijuana and on three warrants in the 1200 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 2:30 p.m. Sunday - A woman in the 300 block of East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, reported her pregnant daughter had been battered by her boyfriend and she was on her way to pick her up. KCSO.

• 5:37 p.m. Monday - A woman reported losing $40 in the 300 block of East Prairie Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:56 p.m. Monday - A traffic stop occurred in the 3600 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw, and a man was arrested for false informing and on warrants. WPD.
