• 11:40 p.m. Wednesday - Remington John Hurd, 19, of 389 EMS R4 Lane, Pierceton, arrested for possession of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $400.

• 12:43 a.m. Thursday - James Dale Hughes, 45, of 411B Lyon St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $479.46.

• 9:37 a.m. Thursday - Samantha Lynn Lackey, 20, Three Rivers, Mich., arrested for probation violation - felony and two counts of failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $5,733.

• 12:12 p.m. Thursday - Samantha Lyn Davis, 21, of 1903 S. West Point Drive, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and dealing in paraphernalia. Bond: $1,000.

• 12:31 p.m. Thursday - Aiden Christopher Burkins, 19, Plymouth, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $1,000.

• 12:47 p.m. Thursday - Roselyn Beatrice Burkhart, 38, of 107 N. Rebecca St., Claypool, arrested for possession of child pornography. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:46 p.m. Thursday - Kory John Jackson, 46, Elkhart, arrested for forgery of checks/documents. Bond: $6,000.

• 6:54 p.m. Thursday - Daniel Granados Gonzalez, 19, of 311 Collins Drive, Warsaw, arrested for dealing cocaine or a narcotic drug. Bond: $10,250.

• 9:13 p.m. Thursday - Michael Thomas Maskow, 43, Goshen, arrested for driving while a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.

• 9:32 p.m. Thursday - Erica Jill Weisser, 36, of 428 EMS D15 Lane, Syracuse, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $15,250.

• 10:37 p.m. Thursday - Katlynn Leanne Craft, 20, of 9611 S. CR 100E, Claypool, arrested for probation violation - felony. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:26 a.m. today - Andrew Jeffery Horn, 50, of 2271 S. Cost-A-Plenty Road, #2, Warsaw, arrested for two counts of possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, possession of cocaine or narcotic drug, and theft. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:25 a.m. today - Megan Katherine Eite-Hooper, 29, Churubusco, arrested for theft and false informing/reporting. Bond: $3,350.

• 1:16 a.m. today - Adrienne Hernandez, 39, of 3204 Kuder Lane, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $6,000.

• 1:35 a.m. today - Sandra Evette Hernandez, 39, of 3204 Kuder Lane, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $6,000.

Incidents

• 4 p.m. Wednesday - A theft from a residence was reported in the 500 block of Ulrich Drive, Milford. Loss: $770. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 11:08 p.m. Wednesday - A burglary was reported in the 1100 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Taken were four newer cellphones, 20 to 30 old cellphones, two gaming system controllers and two pool cues Loss: $1,475. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 4:45 a.m. today - A theft was reported in the 800 block of Carrington Boulevard, Warsaw. Loss: $100. WPD.
