• 1:03 p.m. Friday - Rachel Beth Kratzer, 35, of 2118 S. Packerton Road, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $1,035.50.
• 1:11 p.m. Friday - Joseph Phillip Gerber II, 38, Elkhart, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.
• 1:56 p.m. Friday - Jasmine Marie Hunt, 25, of 309 W. Hillside Drive, Syracuse, arrested for probation violation - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 6:56 p.m. Tuesday - North Fox Farm Road, 600 feet west of Westside Drive, Warsaw. SUV went off road and hit a tree. Driver: Ayla Stahl, 25, East Main Street, Warsaw. Injury: Stahl complained of pain to her lower right leg. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 3:51 a.m. Wednesday - North CR 200E, 1,000 feet north of East Armstrong Road, Leesburg. Pickup went off road and hit a Kosciusko REMC utility pole, then spun around before coming to a rest. Driver: Travis R. Green, 33, North Lake Street, Syracuse. Injury: Green complained of back pain and was treated by Lutheran EMS and taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital for treatment. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
