• 5:03 p.m. Tuesday - Jennifer Lynn Barlow, 37, of 949 Walkers Ridge, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $400.

• 5:32 p.m. Tuesday - Kailey Morgan Schue, 25, of 617 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.

• 7:03 p.m. Tuesday - Jacob Daniel Musselwhite, 25, of 617 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.

• 7:45 p.m. Tuesday - Daniel Clyde Stanton Jr., 42, of 8034 S. Packerton Road, Claypool, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $400.

• 7:53 p.m. Tuesday - Justin Riley West, 27, of 618 Oldfather St., Warsaw, arrested for intimidation and possession of marijuana/hashish oil/hashish. Bond: $600.

• 8:45 p.m. Tuesday - Lisa Frances Keough, 49, of 123 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 11 p.m. Tuesday - Aaron Edward Torbet, 37, of 708 S. Kinder Drive, #1, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear - felony. No bond set.

• 2:49 p.m. Sunday - A theft of a Dodge front bumper was reported in the 9700 block of East CR 1000N, Cromwell. Value: $300. KCSO.

• 5:51 p.m. Sunday - Damage to a vehicle from a snowplow was reported in the 1100 block of East Portside Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $500. KCSO.

• 8:16 p.m. Sunday - A man was arrested in the 100 block of East Center Street, Warsaw, for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and driving while a habitual traffic violator. WPD.

• 10:13 a.m. Monday - An invasion of privacy was reported in the 100 block of Kings Highway, Winona Lake. KCSO.

• 10:42 a.m. Monday - A woman reported her son was doing drugs in the 1700 block of West CR 700N, Leesburg. KCSO.

• 10:45 a.m. Monday - A woman in the 900 block of North Old Orchard Drive, Warsaw, reported the unauthorized use of her credit card. Loss: $60.77. KCSO.

• 11:15 a.m. Monday - While a crash was being investigated in the 2400 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw, officers learned one driver had a suspended license. WPD.
