• 12:58 a.m. today - Thomas Dewayne Hope, 24, Gadsden, Ala., arrested for theft of property valued at least $750 and less than $50,000 and on a warrant. Bond: $5,250.

• 1 a.m. today - Issac Adam Finchum, 23, Newport, Tenn., arrested for theft of a vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license - second offense. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:45 a.m. today - Amanda Marie Kidd, 22, of 3540 N. CR 1025W, Cromwell, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 2:48 a.m. today - James Henry Barr, 34, Columbia City, arrested on two counts of theft and failure to appear. Bond: $6,868.87.

• 4:01 a.m. Saturday - The theft of a debit card and the fraudulent use of the card to withdraw cash from an account was reported in the 200 block of West Market Street, Warsaw. Loss: $428.50. WPD.
