• 9:15 a.m. Wednesday - Christy Diana Warstler, 48, of 207 N. Poplar St., Silver Lake, arrested for battery with a deadly weapon - felony. Bond: $10,250.
• 10:43 a.m. Wednesday - Kole Forrest Adams, 23, of 1348 Oakdale St., Warsaw, arrested for probation violation - misdemeanor - and failure to appear - misdemeanor. No bond set.
• 11:04 a.m. Wednesday - Odis Jack Shepherd, 48, of 4484 E. CR 500S, Warsaw, arrested on a warrant. No bond set.

• 10:10 p.m. Wednesday - Justin Leroy Miller, 32, of 804 N. Jefferson St., #1, Silver Lake, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
Personal Injury Accidents
• 1:27 a.m. Tuesday - East CR 900N, 50 feet south of North CR 850E, North Webster. Car left road and hit a Kosciusko County REMC pole; no one was found at the scene but the passenger later went to Goshen Hospital and contacted police about the crash. Injury: Passenger Tonya S. Day, 41, Holiday Lane, Cromwell, had minor bleeding to the face. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 1:51 p.m. Wednesday - North Ind. 13, 1,000 feet east of North Nash Drive, Syracuse. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Kellishandra Mendoza, 18, New Paris; Brenda Hill, 61, North Henry Street, Milford. Injury: Hill complained of ear pain but signed off with medics at the scene. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.
