• 7:13 a.m. Wednesday - Kevin Jay Harris, 42, of 7548 E. South Barbee Drive, Pierceton, arrested for driving while a habitual traffic violator for life. Bond: $5,250.

• 9:15 a.m. Wednesday - Christy Diana Warstler, 48, of 207 N. Poplar St., Silver Lake, arrested for battery with a deadly weapon - felony. Bond: $10,250.

• 10:43 a.m. Wednesday - Kole Forrest Adams, 23, of 1348 Oakdale St., Warsaw, arrested for probation violation - misdemeanor - and failure to appear - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 11:04 a.m. Wednesday - Odis Jack Shepherd, 48, of 4484 E. CR 500S, Warsaw, arrested on a warrant. No bond set.

• 11:32 a.m. Wednesday - Eric Benjamin Hill, 45, of 134 EMS R3E Lane, Pierceton, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 4:42 p.m. Wednesday - Kyera Tylee Homewood, 18, of 482 Clinic Court, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 10:10 p.m. Wednesday - Justin Leroy Miller, 32, of 804 N. Jefferson St., #1, Silver Lake, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.



Personal Injury Accidents

• 1:27 a.m. Tuesday - East CR 900N, 50 feet south of North CR 850E, North Webster. Car left road and hit a Kosciusko County REMC pole; no one was found at the scene but the passenger later went to Goshen Hospital and contacted police about the crash. Injury: Passenger Tonya S. Day, 41, Holiday Lane, Cromwell, had minor bleeding to the face. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 1:51 p.m. Wednesday - North Ind. 13, 1,000 feet east of North Nash Drive, Syracuse. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Kellishandra Mendoza, 18, New Paris; Brenda Hill, 61, North Henry Street, Milford. Injury: Hill complained of ear pain but signed off with medics at the scene. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.

• 4:59 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of Ind. 25 and Ind. 19, Mentone. SUV-pickup collision. Drivers: Stephanie M. Weaver, 30, East Sycamore Street, Silver Lake; Jonathan M. Lybarger, 30, West CR 500S, Mentone. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Mentone Police Department investigated.

• 8:13 a.m. Wednesday - North Detroit Street, 100 feet south of West CR 350N, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Megan A. Benion, 30, North CR 175E, Warsaw; Hannah R. Beliles, 26, North Franklin Street, Mentone. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.

• 11:17 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of North CR 675E and East CR 500N, North Webster. Car went off road and hit a Kosciusko County Highway Department stop sign. Driver: Samantha J. Thorn, 29, East Palm Drive, Syracuse. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 11:26 a.m. Wednesday - East CR 500N, 2,200 feet east of North CR 700E, North Webster. SUV went off road and through a fence belonging to Jan. A. Lundy, East CR 500N, North Webster. Driver: David B. Masterson, 44, Herscher Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.

• 9:13 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of EMS T8 Lane and East CR 500N, North Webster. SUV hit two deer. Driver: Victor A. Morris, 18, North Hoss HIll Road, North Webster. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 6:55 a.m. today - East U.S. 30, 860 feet west of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Joshua Wielochowski, 29, 18B Road, Tippecanoe; Alejandra Cervantes, 28, West Old 30, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 11:07 a.m. Wednesday - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 200 block of West Main Street, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 1:14 p.m. Wednesday - A man in the 7500 block of West CR 300N, Warsaw, reported his motor boat was taken. Value: $3,000. KCSO.

• 4:41 p.m. Wednesday - A theft was reported in the 500 block of East Market Street, Warsaw. Taken were two gaming systems, seven games and three controllers. Value: $797.74. WPD.
