• 12:36 p.m. Monday - Michael Flyn Branch, 32, Elkhart, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension within the last five years. No bond listed.

• 12:44 p.m. Monday - Austin Wayne Shields, 27, Huntington, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 1:29 p.m. Monday - Mark Eugene Fuller, 61, of 116 E. South St., Atwood, arrested for sex offender registration violation. Bond: $5,250.

• 3:56 p.m. Monday - Kristin Lorraine Dilley, 41, of 4980 E. CR 900S, Sidney, arrested for forgery. Bond: $2,750.

• 4:02 p.m. Monday - Eduardo Alonzo Duenas, 18, of 2326 E. Pierceton Road, Winona Lake, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $700.

• 4:47 p.m. Monday - James Joseph Miller, 49, of 503 Turtle Bay Drive, #39, Syracuse, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and two counts of failure to pay. Bond: $5,564.

• 5:24 p.m. Monday - Juan Carlos Montes, 27, of 1692 E. CR 200N, Warsaw, arrested for leaving the scene of a hit-skip accident. Bond: $500.

• 5:57 p.m. Monday - Francisco Cepeda, 19, of 3699 N. CR 175E, lot 39, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.

• 6:25 p.m. Monday - Justin Lee Lord, 33, of 12354 N. Kern Road, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear - felony. No bond set.

• 8:34 p.m. Monday - Kristoffer Michael Brady, 38, of 13145 N. Eastshore Drive, Syracuse, arrested for domestic battery and strangulation. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:18 p.m. Monday - Jessica Vega Jimenez, 18, of 920 Anchorage Road, #39, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. No bond set.

• 10:14 p.m. Friday - Intersection of East CR 850S and Ind. 13, Sidney. Car swerved to miss deer and went into ditch. Driver: Kurtis E. Cripe, 17, Laketon. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 6:54 p.m. Saturday - East Ind. 14, 1,000 feet east of South CR 100E, Silver Lake. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Kevin S. Green, 56, Argos. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.

• 5:19 p.m. Monday - U.S. 30, 300 feet west of North Parker Street, Warsaw. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Seth T. Middleton, 39, Fort Wayne; Rachel E. Law, 23, North Orchard Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 8:15 p.m. Monday - North Ind. 13, 50 feet north of East CR 850N, Syracuse. Car hit deer. Driver: Janie H. Leach, 59, East Eli Lilly Road, Syracuse. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 5:20 a.m. Saturday - A natural death was investigated in the 4200 block of North CR 100E, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 6:41 a.m. Saturday - A woman received information via text from her boyfriend that her house was on fire in the 300 block of West Tower Street, Pierceton. KCSO.

• 10:06 a.m. Saturday - A man reported the theft of money from a safe in the 100 block of EMS D18A1 Lane, Syracuse. Loss: $300. KCSO.

• 6:58 p.m. Saturday - Possible burglaries were reported at Hoffman Lake Campground in the 7600 block of West CR 300N, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 12:16 a.m. Sunday - A business in the 4800 block of West CR 100N, Warsaw, requested an inmate of the Kosciusko County Community Corrections program be returned to the jail. KCSO.
