With eight minutes remaining, Deaton and Warner buried back-to-back triples to tie the game at 81-81.

With five minutes to play, Godfrey erupted. He scored eight points in less than three minutes, helping Grace to a 92-89 advantage.
The Lancers did not make another field goal for the final 2:50 of regulation, but Grace did not need to. Grace hit eight foul shots over the final minutes, and the Crusaders were held to just one more made field goal.
