The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 7 a.m. Wednesday - Ronald Lee Truex, 55, of 121 E. Main St., Atwood, arrested for driving while a lifetime habitual traffic violator, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $10,250.
• 12:43 p.m. Wednesday - Charles Frank Robinson II, 23, of 527 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $400.
• 2:38 p.m. Wednesday - Mandy Denise Fleming, 43, Mishawaka, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and visiting a common nuisance. Bond: $5,250.
• 2:56 p.m. Wednesday - Robin L. Truex, 56, Elkhart, arrested for visiting a common nuisance. Bond: $400.
• 3:59 p.m. Wednesday - Ryan Lee Truex, 28, of 68875 Beech Lane, Nappanee, arrested for visiting a common nuisance. Bond: $400.
• 9:16 p.m. Wednesday - Daniel Lee Kochenour, 35, Roann, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $103.97.
• 10:07 p.m. Wednesday - Eduardo Alonzo Duenas, 18, of 2326 E. Pierceton Road, Winona Lake, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension within the last five years. Bond: $450.
Personal Injury Accident
• 7:11 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of East Center and North Scott streets, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Felisa Gomora, 60, Nuevo, Calif.; Daniel D. Foreman, 45, West Center Street, Warsaw. Injuries: Gomora complained of chest pain but refused medical attention at the scene; Foreman complained of back and side pain and was checked out by medics at the scene. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 3:59 p.m. Tuesday - South Buffalo Street, 50 feet north of East Market Street, Warsaw. Van hit parked SUV registered to Nunoz Gustavo, Lincoln, Ill. Driver: Devan R. Sands, 38, East Dresdin Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.
• 4:51 p.m. Tuesday - North Ind. 13, 100 feet south of Syracuse-Webster Road, North Webster. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Jerry L. Ebey, 62, Kimmell. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. North Webster Police Department investigated.
• 6:17 p.m. Wednesday - 302 W. Market St., Warsaw. Unknown vehicle hit parked pickup registered to Ronald C. Hurley, South Ind. 25, Mentone. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.
• 3:48 a.m. today - East Center Street, 100 feet east of North Lincoln Street, Warsaw. SUV hit a curb, jumped the curb, hit a pedestrian crossing sign and then pulled back onto road. Driver: Andrea L. Frame, 39, West CR 100S, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 4:58 a.m. Wednesday - A theft of firearms, firearms accessories, crossbow and hunting equipment was investigated in the 700 block of West Center Street, Warsaw. Value: $8,990. WPD.
• 6:17 p.m. Wednesday - Damage to a vehicle was reported in the 300 block of West Market Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:23 p.m. Wednesday - An accident involving a person who was driving while intoxicated was investigated in the 800 block of North Parker Street, Warsaw. WPD.
