Purdue Extension Offers Brain And Social Connections Program

Research suggests that adults who are more socially engaged tend to have higher cognitive function.
The public is invited to join the Purdue Extension Office for this program using hands-on activities and games. This interactive program focuses on practical steps that you can take to foster better brain health.
The class is offered at 1 p.m. March 19 at the Purdue Extension Office, 202 W. Main St., Warsaw.
The program, taught by Health and Human Sciences Educator Linda Curley, from Purdue Extension Lake County, is one hour long. It is free and open to the public.
