• 9:39 p.m. Monday - Lacey Rae Trowbridge, 27, of 405 S. Washington St., Bourbon, arrested for possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:38 p.m. Monday - Christian Lee Slone, 19, LaFontaine, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $285.50.

• 4:59 a.m. today - Dana Charles Likens, 31, of 213 E. Catholic St., Pierceton, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension within the last five years. Bond: $450.



Personal Injury Accident

• 8:15 a.m. Monday - Intersection of Mariners Drive and North Pointe Drive, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Stephen S. Possell, 56, East Fox Run Drive, Syracuse; Ciara N. Wolf, 24, Columbia City. Injuries: Possell was bleeding from his mouth and head and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital by EMS for further treatment; Wolf complained of pain to the right knee but refused EMS. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

Property Damage Accidents

• 6:28 a.m. Friday - Country Club Road, 1,500 feet south of CR 400S, Claypool. SUV went off the road, hit a wooden post, hit a tree stump and uprooting it causing it to hit the side of a house and then the vehicle hit a Jeep Cherokee parked in the driveway, belonging to Roger L. Blair, South Country Club Road, Warsaw. Driver: James C. Shuster, 26, East CR 800S, Claypool. Shuster was cited for operating a motor vehicle without financial responsibility. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Claypool Police Department investigated.

• 7:58 a.m. Monday - 2150 S. Stonebridge Road, Warsaw. SUV hit parked pickup registered to Timothy J. Hofer, South Stonebridge Road, Warsaw. Driver: Remington W. Swanson, 18, Marjorie Street, Winona Lake. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 1:28 p.m. Monday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and Poor Drive, Warsaw. Van-SUV collision. Drivers: Travis R. Green, 33, North Lake Street, Syracuse; Corinna Mickelson, 54, South Woodland Hills Drive East, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.
