• 4:18 p.m. Tuesday - Vicente Josue Castillo, 23, of 3013 Inverness Point, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - felony, possession of paraphernalia and operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license - second offense. Bond: $5,850.

• 7:26 p.m. Tuesday - Beau Jacob Spaw, 21, of 77 Kings Hwy., #12, Winona Lake, arrested for child molesting. No bond set.

• 10:25 p.m. Tuesday - Carlos Lopez, 36, of 1202 Wooster Road, Lot 83, Winona Lake, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension within the last five years. Bond: $450.

• 12:02 a.m. Wednesday - Nicole Lane Smith, 48, of 9875 N. Marine Key Drive, Syracuse, arrested for probation violation - felony. No bond set.

• 1:26 a.m. Wednesday - Shanice Lanae Logan, 27, of 408 E. Ninth St., North Manchester, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 2:59 a.m. Wednesday - Holden Eugene Ihnen, 20, of 938 Country Club Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $400.

• 11:06 a.m. Wednesday - Ivan Tepo Velasquez, 21, of 1692 E. CR 200N, #80, Warsaw, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.

• 12:42 p.m. Wednesday - Demetris Emon Jennings Jr., 29, South Bend, arrested for prescription fraud. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:40 p.m. Wednesday - James Joseph Miller, 49, of 503 Turtle Bay Drive, #39, Syracuse, arrested on two bond revocations. No bond set.

• 2:58 p.m. Wednesday - Arthur Crit Martin, 31, of 5381 W. Turner Road, Claypool, arrested for probation violation - felony. Bond: $15,500.

• 3:36 p.m. Wednesday - Trina Marie Vandusen, 34, of 5187 E. CR 250N, Rochester, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $500.

• 6:26 p.m. Wednesday - Sandon Isaiah Allen, 29, of 1818 Sue Ave., Warsaw, arrested on two counts of failure to appear - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 6:44 p.m. Wednesday - Larry Duane Potts, 38, of 1202 Wooster Road, #13, Winona Lake, arrested for probation violation - felony. Bond: $3,250.

Personal Injury Accident

• 8:12 p.m. Monday - East Winona Avenue, 150 feet west of Lakeview Drive, Winona Lake. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Sarah A. Harman, 37, Waxahachie, Texas; Matt J. McCullough, 29, Grayslake, Ill. Injury: Cory A. Turney, 24, Lakemoor, Ill., a passenger in McCullough’s car, complained of head and neck pain but refused medical attention. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. • 4:46 p.m. Tuesday - Ind. 13, 30 feet south of CR 725E, Pierceton. Car left road, hit earth embankment and rolled over on its side in the water of a creek. Driver: Garrett Kuhn, 19, Lura Mae Street, North Webster. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Pierceton Police Department investigated.

• 12:01 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of East CR 900N and North Harper Road, Leesburg. Car went off road and hit a post on the shoulder of the road. Driver: Cory M. Aspy, 24, Columbia City. Injury: Aspy complained of pain to his head and was checked by EMS at the scene but refused medical treatment. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
