• 12:03 p.m. Monday - Tyler Allen Smith, 24, Goshen, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $697.

• 12:04 p.m. Monday - Daniel Lee Emery, 47, Mishawaka, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 1:06 p.m. Monday - Rhonda Sue Gibson, 48, South Bend, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.

• 4:50 p.m. Monday - Kevin Keith Finney, 55, of 1520 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for probation violation - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 4:55 p.m. Monday - Austin Edward Newsome, 25, homeless, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.

• 5:26 p.m. Monday - Todd Wesley Grove, 58, of 6341 E. Trusdell Ave., Syracuse, arrested for probation violation - felony. Bond: $3,250.

• 5:31 p.m. Monday - Bryant Zavala, 21, of 106 E. Haiden Drive, #34, Syracuse, arrested for battery resulting in bodily injury. Bond: $600.

Personal Injury Accidents

• 5:44 p.m. Friday - East CR 600S, 600 feet east of South Packerton Road, Claypool. SUV swerved to miss another vehicle and rolled. Driver: Larry D. Bartley, 36, South Fourth Street, Pierceton. Injuries: Bartley and an unidentified passenger were bleeding from their heads and treated at the scene. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 4:30 p.m. Sunday - Intersection of West U.S. 30 and North CR 500W, Warsaw. Car went off road and into a steep ditch. Driver: Jessica C. Hall, 27, Mishawaka. Injury: Hall complained of hip and stomach pain. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.

• 6:58 p.m. Sunday - South Ind. 15, 300 feet south of West CR 950S, Silver Lake. Car went off road and rolled several times. Driver: Daniel S. Louvier, 36, South High Street, Silver Lake. Injury: Louvier had bruising to the head and complained of neck pain and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital for treatment. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.

• 3:38 p.m. Monday - Intersection of South Scott Street and East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Two-van collision. Drivers: Barbara Mendoza Juarez, 30, Wooster Road, Winona Lake; Jeremy J. Bever, 41, East Center Street, Warsaw. Injury: Mendoza Juarez complained of head pain; Anna V. Ramirez-Mendoza, 12, Wooster Road, Winona Lake, a passenger in Mendoza-Juarez’s van, complained of neck pain; both were taken to Parkview Hospital. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 2:22 a.m. Saturday - North Syracuse-Webster Road, 1,500 feet south of East CR 1200N, Syracuse. SUV went off the road and hit a retaining wall, Kosciusko REMC utility pole and CenturyLink phone utility box. Driver: Jordan D. Brown, 23, East Fox Run Drive, Syracuse. Brown was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.

• 2:42 a.m. Saturday - East CR 600S, 500 feet west of South CR 100E, Claypool. SUV hit deer. Driver: Tina M. Hall, 54, South Caldwell Lake Drive, Claypool. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
