• 12:14 p.m. Thursday - James Franklin Osborne, 44, of 120 N. West St., Burket, arrested on a warrant. No bond set.

• 1:42 p.m. Thursday - James Michael Fitzgerald, 35, of 10895 W. Ind. 10, Bourbon, arrested for theft. Bond: $5,750.

• 3:43 p.m. Thursday - George Anthony Jackson, 46, of 751 W. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $1,000.

• 4:20 p.m. Thursday - Amanda Sue Tolson, 29, of 2415 W. CR 250S, #6, Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $400.

• 5:33 p.m. Thursday - Dorian Roderick Skipper, 68, South Bend, arrested for probation violation - felony. Bond: $5,250.

• 7:45 p.m. Thursday - Kara Anne Stevens, 25, of 1117 S. Oakwood Circle Drive, Syracuse, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension within the last five years. Bond: $450.

• 4:11 a.m. Thursday - North Huntington Street, 33 feet north of North Main Street, Syracuse. Two-car collision. Drivers: Alexander D. Escobar, 20, Churubusco; Mindy R. Bernicky, 40, East CR 900S, Claypool. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Syracuse Police Department investigated..

• 7:43 p.m. Thursday - South CR 600W, 500 feet north of West CR 500S, Mentone. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office car hit deer. Driver: Michael A. Heady, 37, South Woodland Hills Drive West, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 2:43 p.m. Thursday - Social Security fraud was reported in the 200 block of East North Street, North Webster. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 5:50 p.m. Thursday - The unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle was reported in the 1100 block of East Market Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 12:08 a.m. today - A person was arrested for driving while suspended in the 600 block of West Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. WPD.
