• 12:14 p.m. Wednesday - Esteban Alfredo Paredes, 19, of 1914 Indian Trail, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $500.

• 1:08 p.m. Wednesday - Ryan Victor Head, 28, of 606 E. Clark St., Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 2:41 p.m. Wednesday - Caleb Michael Devine, 26, of 326 Eisenhower Pkwy., Warsaw, arrested for parole violation - felony. No bond set.

• 2:55 p.m. Wednesday - Michael David Trosper, 35, of 319 N. Mishawaka St., Akron, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and failure to appear - felony. Bond: $50,500.

• 3:24 p.m. Wednesday - Maurice Jones Jr., 36, Marion, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 3:41 p.m. Wednesday - Brad Alan Morcombe, 47, Plymouth, arrested for resisting law enforcement. No bond listed.

• 3:47 p.m. Wednesday - Doyle Ray Valentine, 37, Muncie, arrested for residential entry. Bond: $6,000.

• 4:22 p.m. Wednesday - Nyoka Joann Sexton, 26, of 3529 W. CR 100S, #32, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor, possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug and dealing cocaine or a narcotic drug. No bond set.

• 4:25 p.m. Wednesday - Eric Warren Swick, 38, Macy, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $1,725.

• 5:53 p.m. Wednesday - Benjamin Paul Adams, 42, of 314½ N. Buffalo St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. No bond listed.

• 7:13 p.m. Wednesday - Joshua A. Paxson, 37, of 468 E. Acorn Drive, Warsaw, arrested for criminal recklessness. Bond: $5,750.

• 8:19 p.m. Wednesday - Stephen Eugene Baker, 51, of 4885 N. CR 475E, Leesburg, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 9:28 p.m. Wednesday - Brandon Jacob George, 19, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #137, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.

• 10:01 p.m. Wednesday - Haley Rose Harreld, 27, of 720 Wexford Place, Warsaw, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $6,395.



Personal Injury Accident

• 12:33 a.m. Wednesday - East CR 500N, 300 feet west of North Cranbrook Road, North Webster. Pickup went off road and hit a NIPSCO utility pole, rolling over onto its top. Driver fled the scene. Driver: Dustin M. Myers, 28, West First Street, Milford. Injury: Carolyn B. Plank, 22, EMS B5 Lane, Leesburg, a passenger in the pickup, had minor bleeding to the face and was taken to Parkview Hospital in Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 5:28 p.m. Tuesday - North Ind. 15, 500 feet north of West CR 400N, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Scott A. Gingerich, 30, South Taft Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.

• 1:33 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of North Ind. 19 and West CR 575N, Etna Green. Car went off road and hit a wooden fence post and barbed wire fence belonging to Clifford Schwartz, North Ind. 19, Etna Green. Driver: Benjamin B. Byers, 33, Elm Street, Rochester. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 4:35 a.m. Wednesday - South Ind. 19, 1,000 feet south of West CR 100S, Mentone. Van went off road and into a ditch. Driver: Martha M. Eicher, 17, Macy. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.

• 7:33 a.m. Wednesday - 2801 W. Old 30, Warsaw. Pickup-semi tractor trailer collision. Drivers: Nicholas A. Lynch, 26, South Bouse Drive, Silver Lake; Jairren E. Johnson, 38, Johnson, Mo. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.

• 1:11 p.m. Wednesday - West South Street, 50 feet west of South Main Street, North Webster. SUV slid over a parking stop and hit the north end wall of New Market grocery store, South Main Street, North Webster. Driver: Karen Dewitt, 59, West Huntington Street, North Webster. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 6:41 p.m. Wednesday - South Ind. 13, 32 feet south of East CR 500S, Pierceton. SUV hit dog. Driver: Robbye A. Jones, 47, South Ulrey Road, North Manchester. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 6:46 p.m. Wednesday - North Syracuse-Webster Road, 32 feet north of East Sunset Trail, North Webster. KCSO SUV hit deer. Driver: James M. Smith, 37, North CR 400E, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.



Incidents

• 2:32 p.m. Tuesday - A man in the 3500 block of West CR 100N, Warsaw, reported the theft of a crossbow. The suspect refused to stop for officers and was tasered and taken into custody. Value: $500. KCSO.

• 6:23 p.m. Tuesday - A family fight was reported in the 1100 block of North Slateview Court, Warsaw. The investigation resulted in the arrest of a man for possession of methamphetamine. KCSO.

• 8:09 p.m. Tuesday - A traffic stop was conducted in the 3200 block of West CR 700S, Claypool, with the driver arrested for driving while a habitual traffic violator and possession of a syringe. Claypool Police Department investigated.

• 2:18 p.m. Wednesday - A warrant for parole violation was served in the 600 block of South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 3:33 p.m. Wednesday - A traffic stop occurred in the 100 block of North Scott Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:29 p.m. Wednesday - A warrant was served in the 2400 block of Jalynn Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 6:08 p.m. Wednesday - Intimidation was reported in the 500 block of EMS D15 Lane, Syracuse. KCSO.

• 7:03 p.m. Wednesday - A burglary was reported in the 500 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Loss: $775. WPD.

• 8:33 p.m. Wednesday - A traffic stop occurred in the 100 block of South Washington Street, Warsaw, and a person was arrested for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. WPD.
