• 3:38 p.m. Friday - Leann Denise Hardwick, 54, of 409 N. Dolan Drive, #3, Syracuse, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $2,437.83.

• 3:46 p.m. Friday - Shawn R. Cooper, 39, of 12600 S. Ind. 13, #19, North Manchester, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $1,000.

• 7:16 p.m. Friday - Esteban Palos, 24, of 400 Anchorage Road, #80, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $6,000.

• 9:23 p.m. Friday - Deitrich Deshawn Alosi, 25, of 1776 E. CR 225S, Winona Lake, arrested on a warrant. No bond listed.

• 7:58 a.m. Saturday - Lindsey Leeann Pilsner, 29, Kokomo, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $400.

• 1:29 p.m. Saturday - Lance Michael Jervis, 29, of 1121 E. Wellington Drive, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $6,000.

• 9:08 p.m. Saturday - Kile Hayeden Bayne, 18, of 1692 W. Holderman Road, Silver Lake, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, dealing marijuana/hashish/salvia, dealing in paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. No bond listed.

• 9:45 p.m. Saturday - Mauricio Eduardo Carvajal, 19, of 2935 E. Joshua Drive, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 10:19 p.m. Saturday - Matthew Scott Carver, 47, of 11918 N. Sir Gallahad Place, Cromwell, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:05 a.m. Sunday - Frances Lueder, 56, of 5440 N. CR 450E, Leesburg, arrested for refusal to submit to chemical testing and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 3:02 a.m. Sunday - Steven Harold Brook, 48, Niles, Mich., arrested for possession of paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $10,500.

• 10:20 p.m. Sunday - Tara Lynn Purvis, 33, of 2798 S. Country Club Road, Warsaw, arrested for false informing/reporting and disorderly conduct. No bond set.

• 10:21 p.m. Sunday - Stephanie Louise Dickey, 48, Kimmell, arrested for failure to appear - felony. No bond set.



Personal Injury Accidents

• 7:20 a.m. Friday - Ind. 15, 650 feet north of East Prairie Street, Warsaw. SUV-pickup collision. Drivers: Elena D. Dagner, 44, Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw; Troy W. Akers, 57, North Old Orchard Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Injury: Akers complained of back pain. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 8:12 p.m. Saturday - East Clark Street, 30 feet south of North Parker Street, Warsaw. Tow truck-car collision; tow truck also hit a City of Warsaw road light. Drivers: Jay L. Timmons, 33, North Greenwood Drive, Warsaw; Mark A. Wolfe, 50, Hilltop Circle, Winona Lake. Injury: Donna J. Wolfe, 45, Hilltop Circle, Winona Lake, a passenger in the Wolfe car, complained of neck and back pain but denied EMS at the scene. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

Property Damage Accidents

• 3:40 p.m. Friday - West Market Street, 45 feet west of South Hand Avenue, Warsaw. SUV-pickup collision. Drivers: Ranjeet K. Singh, 36, Kuder Lane, Warsaw; Arthur L. Yates, 59, South Bruner Road, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 4 p.m. Saturday - 2211 E. Center St., Warsaw. Unknown vehicle hit parked car registered to Joshua M. Zimmerman, Country Club Drive South, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 8:01 p.m. Saturday - 1695 W. Lake St., Warsaw. Car hit a metal storage structure containing propane tanks belonging to Wilby’s Gas and Goodies, West Lake Street, Warsaw; driver got out of car and went inside the convenience store, leaving the car in drive and still making contact with the metal storage structure. Driver: Mauricio E. Carvajal, 19, East Joshua Drive, Warsaw. Carvajal admitted to drinking and driving and was arrested by the Indiana State Police. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 3:45 p.m. Sunday - Intersection of South Buffalo Street and East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Crystal A. Ellison, 53, Burket; Dale A. Degroff, 65, South CR 150W, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 4:17 p.m. Sunday - South Logan Street, 300 feet north of Eagle Street, Warsaw. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Ronald J. Valencia, 33, Short Ridge Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 12:47 p.m. Friday - A drug complaint was made in the 3500 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:13 p.m. Friday - An employee of Coplen Construction Inc. reported a theft of tools from a motor vehicle while parked at Menards in the 1000 block of Husky Trail, Warsaw. Loss: $640. WPD.

• 11:11 p.m. Friday - A battery was reported in the 200 block of South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 6:47 p.m. Saturday - A runaway juvenile was reported in the 500 block of East Main Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:40 a.m. Sunday - A narcotics arrest was made in the 700 block of Nottingham Place, Winona Lake. WPD.

• 7:35 a.m. Sunday - A theft of a motor vehicle was reported in the 5000 block of North Sawgrass Lane, Leesburg. Value: $30,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
