The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 9:45 a.m. Wednesday - Nicholas Daniel Hall, 27, of 3762 W. Old 30, #625, Warsaw, arrested for escape and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $15,500.

• 11:06 a.m. Wednesday - Robert William Harmon Jr., 30, of 418 S. Union St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $104.

• 11:12 a.m. Wednesday - Steven Lynn Rennaker, 51, Fort Wayne, arrested for probation violation - felony. Bond: $5,250.

• 12:23 p.m. Wednesday - Marcus Lee Peters Ravellette, 23, South Bend, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $400.

• 12:33 p.m. Wednesday - Keith Allan Gudas, 28, Monterey, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $500.

• 1:31 p.m. Wednesday - Eric Bradley Salyer, 26, of 223 W. Jefferson St., #3, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation - misdemeanor and resisting law enforcement. No bond set.

• 3:37 p.m. Wednesday - Linda Diane Bruss, 52, of 215 Pimlico Drive, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $15,000.

• 3:46 p.m. Wednesday - Samuel Frush, 54, of 204 W. Elm St., Pierceton, arrested for domestic battery and battery resulting in bodily injury. Bond: $5,250.

• 4:49 p.m. Wednesday - Neha Aggarwal, 30, of 535 Briar Ridge Circle, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 7:20 p.m. Wednesday - Anthony Castillo, 20, of 6213 Heron Blvd., Warsaw, arrested for burglary. Bond: $21,000.

• 12:01 a.m. today - Timothy Allan Dilley, 56, of 95 EMS D18A1 Lane, Syracuse, arrested on two counts of failure to appear - felony. No bond set.

• 1:05 a.m. today - Aaron Phillip Snyder, 32, of 313 E. Smith St., Milford, arrested for residential entry. Bond: $5,750.



Personal Injury Accident

• 11:10 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of West CR 400N and North CR 700W, Warsaw. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Elijah Carter, 37, EMS T6A Lane, Leesburg; Virginia Tener, 54, West CR 800N, Nappanee. Injuries: Carter complained of head pain and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital; Tener complained of neck pain and was taken to Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne.Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 6:54 p.m. Tuesday - South Country Club Road, 300 feet north of East Winona Beach Drive, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Timothy L. Riley, 48, East Ind. 14, Claypool. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 8:57 a.m. Wednesday - Argonne Road, 670 feet north of East Durbin Street, Warsaw. Semi tractor-trailer hit viaduct belonging to CF & E Railroad, Fort Wayne. Driver: Derrick L. Huddleston, 39, Tupelo, Miss. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 2:16 p.m. Wednesday - U.S. 30, 500 feet west of East Center Street, Warsaw. Unknown vehicle hit car and failed to stop. Driver remaining: Emily M. Childers, 20, Dot Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 3:41 p.m. Tuesday - A woman in the 2300 block of East Center Street, Warsaw, reported receiving intimidating threats. WPD.

• 9:34 p.m. Tuesday - An employee of Kohls in the 500 block of West CR 300N, Warsaw, reported the theft of shoes. Value: $240. WPD.

• 5:35 a.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for false informing, possession of paraphernalia and for a warrant on a civil matter in the 800 block of South CR 250E, Warsaw. WLPD.

• 2:16 p.m. Wednesday - A hit-skip accident was reported in the 3100 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.

• 6:34 p.m. Wednesday - A warrant was served in the 6200 block of Heron Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:50 p.m. Wednesday - A traffic stop in the 8400 block of East Backwater Road, North Webster, led to an investigation into a person driving while intoxicated. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 10:29 p.m. Wednesday - A person requested unspecified assistance in the 400 block of Wexford Place, Warsaw. WPD.
