The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 12:37 p.m. Tuesday - Derek Jacob Flenner, 25, of 6 Ind. 25, Mentone, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $500.

• 12:36 p.m. Tuesday - Naomi Gonzales, 33, homeless, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation - misdemeanor. Bond: $500.

• 2:03 p.m. Tuesday - Christopher Lee Dean, 27, of Peru, Ind., arrested on seven counts of failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $2,162.

• 2:14 p.m. Tuesday - Katarzyna Johnson, 37, of 427 E. CR 1150N, #2, Milford, arrested for failure to appear and counterfeiting. No bond set.

•2:23 p.m. Tuesday - Curtis Allen Walburn, 32, of 427 E. CR 1150N, #19, Milford, arrested for battery resulting in serious bodily injury. Bond: $7,500.

• 5:55 p.m. Tuesday - Dennis Edward McCrory, 39, of 502 Oldfather St., Warsaw, arrested for manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and on a warrant. Bond: $10,250.

• 5:52 p.m. Tuesday - Jodie Marie Springer, 36, of 502 Oldfather St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine. Bond: $10,250.

• 8:21 p.m. Tuesday - Jason Allen Clark, 42, Fort Wayne, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 9:20 p.m. Tuesday - Ryan Paul Nicholas Rautenberg, 31, of 342 S. CR 325E, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor battery and criminal mischief. Bond: $600.

• 10:38 p.m. Tuesday - Anthony James Geib, 34, of 3311 Oak Pointe Crossing, Warsaw, arrested for intimidation and on a warrant in a civil matter. No bond.

• 12:19 a.m. today - David Alan Shadd, 30, of 300 Turkey Creek Drive, Milford, arrested on two counts of failure to appear and for false informing/reporting. Bond: $1,400.

• 4:40 a.m. today - Ashley Renee Busenburg, 27, of 2271 S. Cost-A-Plenty Road, Warsaw, arrested for false informing/reporting and on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $2,658.

• 4:50 a.m. today - Drew A. Horn, 30, of 2702 E. CR 250S, Warsaw, arrested for false informing/reporting, driving while suspended with a prior suspension within the last five years, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, possession of methamphetamine and on a warrant. Bond: $5,250.

Property Damage Accident

• 7:36 p.m. Monday - Intersection of East Center and South Roosevelt streets, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Stephanie Chamberlain, 48, Providence, R.I.; Edgar Brito, 28, Wooster Road, Winona Lake. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 8:54 p.m. Monday - An unwanted person was reported in the 9500 block of South CR 750W, Claypool. KCSO.

• 3:27 a.m. Tuesday - An animal was reported in the road in the 4100 block of East U.S. 30, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 8:29 a.m. Tuesday - Criminal mischief to a vehicle was reported in the 700 block of Ellsworth Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,500. WPD.

• 11:44 a.m. Tuesday - A woman in the 200 block of West Main Street, Warsaw, reported an invasion of privacy. KCSO.

• 8:15 p.m. Tuesday - A battery was reported in the 3600 block of Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Damage to a car door: $500. WPD.

• 11:27 p.m. Tuesday - A man in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw, was arrested for false informing and on a failure to appear warrant. WPD.

• 5:39 a.m. today - A motor vehicle was reported stolen in the 200 block of South Union Street, Warsaw. Value: $12,000. WPD.
