    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No.: 43C01-1608-MF-102, wherein American Financial Resources, Inc., was Plaintiff, and Ronald B. Bame, was/were Defendant(s), requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 26th  day of March, 2019, at the hour of  10:00 AM,  or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main St., Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
