• 5:20 p.m. Monday - Harvey Truman Clutter, 63, of 811 S. Main St., North Webster, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $1,000.

Personal Injury Accidents

• 11:13 p.m. Friday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and North CR 150W, Warsaw. Pickup-commercial truck collision. Drivers: Charles C. Gross, 39, Rolling Prairie; Ward A. Roth, 57, Youngstown, Ohio. Injuries: Gross suffered a fracture to his lower arm and was airlifted to Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne; Roth complained of pain to the upper arm and had a visible bump to his forehead and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 1:01 p.m. Saturday - East U.S. 30, 100 feet west of Matchett Drive, Pierceton. SUV went off the road, hit a sign and went in a snow-covered ditch. Driver: Kasmatie Robertson, 32, Crestlane Drive, Warsaw. Injuries: Robertson complained of chest pain; Jocelyn Singh, 50, New York, a passenger in the SUV, complained of chest pain; both were taken by ambulance to a hospital. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 8:27 p.m. Saturday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and East Center Street, Warsaw. SUV-pickup collision. Drivers: Kayla M. Kessay, 27, Clinic Court, Warsaw; Joe L. Tarlton, 68, West Market Street, Pierceton. Injuries: Kessay complained of shoulder pain; Ruth A. Tarlton, 68, West Market Street, Pierceton, a passenger in the pickup, complained of back pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.

• 7:15 a.m. Monday - Intersection of East Center and North Scott streets, Warsaw. Van-car collision. Drivers: Holly M. Hummitch, 39, East Main Street, Warsaw; Joseph W.
