• 10:37 a.m. Monday - Curtis Jay Michael, 42, of 108-B N. Huntington St., Syracuse, arrested for battery resulting in bodily injury - misdemeanor. Bond: $500.

• 11:39 a.m. Monday - John Stuart Rogers, 58, Peru, Ind., arrested for intimidation. Bond: $1,500.

• 5:20 p.m. Monday - Harvey Truman Clutter, 63, of 811 S. Main St., North Webster, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $1,000.

• 10:29 p.m. Monday - Shanice Lanae Logan, 27, of 408 E. Ninth St., North Manchester, arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $500.

• 1:51 a.m. today - David Edward Helton, 18, of 4789 W. CR 950S, Silver Lake, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $300.



Personal Injury Accidents

• 11:13 p.m. Friday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and North CR 150W, Warsaw. Pickup-commercial truck collision. Drivers: Charles C. Gross, 39, Rolling Prairie; Ward A. Roth, 57, Youngstown, Ohio. Injuries: Gross suffered a fracture to his lower arm and was airlifted to Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne; Roth complained of pain to the upper arm and had a visible bump to his forehead and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 1:01 p.m. Saturday - East U.S. 30, 100 feet west of Matchett Drive, Pierceton. SUV went off the road, hit a sign and went in a snow-covered ditch. Driver: Kasmatie Robertson, 32, Crestlane Drive, Warsaw. Injuries: Robertson complained of chest pain; Jocelyn Singh, 50, New York, a passenger in the SUV, complained of chest pain; both were taken by ambulance to a hospital. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 8:27 p.m. Saturday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and East Center Street, Warsaw. SUV-pickup collision. Drivers: Kayla M. Kessay, 27, Clinic Court, Warsaw; Joe L. Tarlton, 68, West Market Street, Pierceton. Injuries: Kessay complained of shoulder pain; Ruth A. Tarlton, 68, West Market Street, Pierceton, a passenger in the pickup, complained of back pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.

• 7:15 a.m. Monday - Intersection of East Center and North Scott streets, Warsaw. Van-car collision. Drivers: Holly M. Hummitch, 39, East Main Street, Warsaw; Joseph W. Frentzel, 41, Catalpa Lane, Warsaw. Injury: Tonya M. Duguid, 43, West Catalpa Lane, Warsaw, a passenger in Frentzel’s car, complained of neck pain but refused medical attention at the scene. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 9:55 a.m. Monday - Intersection of North Old 15 and East CR 1150N, Milford. Two-car collision. Drivers: Linda M. Craig, 59, Madison Street, Rochester; Donna L. Beer, 64, North Conner Court, Milford. Injuries: Craig complained of pain to her entire body and was taken by ambulance to KCH; Beer complained of pain to her entire body and was taken by a police unit to Goshen Hospital. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 3:20 a.m. Saturday - A woman reported a violation of a no contact order in the 11500 block of North Ind. 13, Syracuse. KCSO.

• 8:22 a.m. Saturday - A woman in the 2600 block of East Forest Circle, Warsaw, reported having issues with her 16-year-old daughter running away. KCSO.

• 1:16 p.m. Saturday - A domestic battery was reported in the 500 block of Clinic Court, Warsaw. WPD.

• 2:46 p.m. Saturday - An intoxicated woman was asked to leave a residence in the 4400 block of East CR 1300N, Syracuse, and after going to a hospital she kicked officers. KCSO.

• 3:11 p.m. Saturday - Harassment over Facebook Messenger was reported in the 4100 block of East CR 100S, Pierceton. KCSO.

• 5 p.m. Saturday - A person was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior in the 100 block of Catherine Street, Milford. MPD.
