Grace Inducts 26 Students Into Alpha Chi Honor Society

WINONA LAKE – On Jan. 26, 26 Grace College juniors and seniors were inducted into the Alpha Chi Honor Society.

These students have earned the top 10 percent of grade point averages across all disciplines at Grace. They join nearly 11,000 students inducted annually into Alpha Chi from across the country.

Established in 1922, Alpha Chi is a national honor society with a history of scholarship and service, according to a news release from Grace College, home to one of 300 chapters that span nearly every state in the nation.

At this year’s induction ceremony, each student was introduced by a faculty member from their major and presented with a certificate and pin. New Alpha Chi members will also receive honor cords to be worn at graduation.

• Rebekah Rexroth, Auburn, majoring in elementary education.

• Jessica Vandenboom, Markle, majoring in facility and event management and marketing.

• Sarah Field, Fort Wayne, majoring in elementary education.

• Sarah Miller, Montrose, Mich., majoring in elementary education.
