• 12:58 p.m. Wednesday - Patrick S. Davidson, 41, Auburn, arrested for theft. Bond: $6,000.
• 4:26 p.m. Wednesday - Tea M. Peltz, 21, of 507 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for fraud by way of making a false sales document and theft. Bond: $2,750.
