• 4:11 a.m. Sunday - Bryan M. Alsonso Rivera, 22, of 3699 N. CR 100E, #166, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, refusal to submit to a chemical test, operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license and possession of marijuana. Bond: $700.

• 6:43 a.m. Sunday - Devin M. Brown, 27, of 405 S. Main St., Claypool, arrested for felony battery committed with a deadly weapon and criminal gang intimidation. Bond: $10,250.

• 7:20 a.m. Sunday - Chase O. Schwinnen, 28, of 106 S. Field Road, Winona Lake, arrested for fraud by way of making a false sales document. Bond: $5,250.

• 7:44 a.m. Sunday - Brandon R. Chambers, 25, of 920 Anchorage Road, Lot 85, Warsaw, arrested for theft, public intoxication and disorderly conduct. Bond: $600.

• 4:50 p.m. Sunday - Robyn A. Stroud, 28, of 510 S. Graceland Ave., Claypool, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.

• 7:27 p.m. Sunday - Glen L. Miller, 19, Shipshewana, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $400.

• 7:54 p.m. Sunday - Kayla L. A. Wimmer, 25, of 12600 S. Ind. 13, North Manchester, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 10:27 p.m. Sunday - Fidela C. Acuahuitl, 39, of 1202 Wooster Road, #10, Winona Lake, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.

• 10:40 p.m. Sunday - Anthony Mendoza, 39, of 1202 Wooster Road, #10, Winona Lake, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear and driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $900.

• 1:53 a.m. Sunday - South Ind. 15, 1,000 feet south of West CR 950S, Silver Lake. Car hit deer. Driver: Kerny C. Jones, 66, Peru. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 1:50 p.m. Sunday - Intersection of Wood Street and East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. SUV hit parked car registered to Enrique M. Ramos, Michaels Street, Warsaw. Driver: Deangello G. Granados, 22, Goshen. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 6:25 a.m. Sunday - A man was arrested at Meijer in the 1200 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw, for public intoxication, disorderly conduct and for stealing two sets of earbuds, a bottle of apple pucker liquor and a bag of Funyuns. Value: $24.77. WPD.

• 5:38 p.m. Sunday - A woman reported the theft of a catalytic converter in the 100 block of South CR 400W, Warsaw. Value: $200. KCSO.

• 1:37 a.m. Monday - A woman reported an unwanted subject in the 200 block of South Wray Street, Atwood. KCSO.

• 1:46 a.m. Monday - An auto theft was reported in the 300 block of North West Street, Milford. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 3:30 a.m. Monday - A woman reported a violation of a protective order in the 3600 block of North Barbee Road, Warsaw. KCSO.
