Injuries: Stroup complained of neck pain; passenger in Stroup’s vehicle, Kaitlyn Stout, age and address unlisted, complained of neck pain; Panicker complained of neck pain; passenger in Panicker’s vehicle, Taylor Shoaf, 18, North Crete Drive, Warsaw, complained of neck pain.
