You are hereby notified that the Petitioner, Donald Griffith, has petitioned the Kosciusko ircuit Court on August 19, 2019 to order the Kosciusko County Auditor to issue a tax deed to Petitioner, the purchaser of certain property described below at tax sale. The below described property was not redeemed on or before July 30, 2019 thereby entitling Petitioner to a tax deed.
You are hereby notified that you have thirty (30) days from date of filing of the petition to file an objection and to request a hearing before the Judge of the Kosciusko Circuit Court, Justice Building, 121 North Lake Street, Warsaw, Indiana, 46580 if you wish to contest Petitioner’s request. Unless you request such a hearing, in person or by counsel, the Court will order the Kosciusko County Auditor to issue a tax deed to the property to Petitioner. This notice is being specifically directed to the above-named parties with respect to certain real estate located in Kosciusko County, Indiana, and more particularly described as follows:
The South Half of Lots Numbered Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14) in the Original Plat of the Town of Silver Lake, according to the Plat thereof in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
The key number/property id number of this property is 018-702000-35 and the state identification number is 43-18-06-200-577.000-014. The street address is 106 N. Elm Street, Silver Lake, Indiana.
The interested parties are Jon B. Ormsby, Gayle J. Ewing, Ryan Orlacchio, the Town of Silver Lake and LVNV Funding, LLC as well and any occupants of the property described herein.
In addition to the above-named Respondents, there may be other persons or entities who have an interest in this property. If you have a claim for relief against Petitioner arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert such claims prior to the deadline. If you fail to advise the Court of such claim, the Court may grant Petitioner the relief sought in the petition.
