• 11:08 a.m. Tuesday – Davis F. Jones III, 39, of 210 W. Railroad St., Etna Green, arrested for false identity statement. Bond: $10,250.

• 12:14 p.m. Tuesday – Lavon D. Miller, 27, of 4839 W. CR 600N, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 12:42 p.m. Tuesday – Chrissy R. Hollon, 36, of 8792 S. Sunnyside Lane, Silver Lake, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.

• 1:27 p.m. Tuesday – Heather R. Stanley, 40, Fort Wayne, arrested for forgery. Bond: $5,750.

• 1:34 p.m. Tuesday – Logan W. Robinson, 26, Urbana, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:04 p.m. Tuesday – Laini M. Roberts, 26, of 203 S. East St., Milford, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

• 3:42 p.m. Tuesday – Jacob R. Shreve, 20, South Bend, arrested for theft of a firearm. Bond: $6,200.

• 3:46 p.m. Tuesday – Anthony B. Johnson, 35, Marcellus, Mich., arrested for possession of marijuana. No bond set.

• 4:04 p.m. Tuesday – Jacob R. Defelice, 28, Goshen, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:13 p.m. Tuesday – Tara J. Prater, 47, of 1081 Pike Shore Drive, Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $500.

• 6:26 p.m. Tuesday – Brian E. Ivey, 43, South Bend, arrested for felony failure to appear and felony probation violation. Bond: $10,500.

• 4:27 a.m. Wednesday – Ashley D. Amor, 39, of 8897 N. CR 550E, Syracuse, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 8:54 a.m. Wednesday – East Center Street, 219 feet east of North Tamarack Street, Warsaw. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Lindsay R. Lingofelter, 24, East Center Street, Warsaw; Stacy L. Price, 36, West CR 100S, Warsaw. Injury: Price was checked by medics on scene for back spasms. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 10 a.m. Wednesday – 56 E. Bell Drive, Warsaw. Semi hit parked pickup registered to Andrew L. Alspaugh, Oakwood Drive, Warsaw. Driver: James A. Halasz, 61, Lakeville. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 1:32 p.m. Tuesday – A report of an intoxicated male in public was filed in the 100 block of West Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 11:24 p.m. Tuesday – A woman reported the theft of her cellphone in the 12700 block of North Kern Road, Syracuse. Value: $200. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
