Injuries: Anthony Collins complained of pain to his entire body and was taken by ambulance to Kosciusko Community Hospital; a passenger in Anthony Collins’ car, Austin J. Colins, 23, West Decoy Road, Mentone, had a severe head injury and was taken by Samaritan to Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne; another passenger in Anthony Collins’ car, Rita M.
