• 8:51 a.m. Wednesday – Karsen Green, 18, of 204 W. Prairie St., Leesburg, arrested for misdemeanor battery and possession of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $600.

• 12:58 p.m. Wednesday – Robert E. Halsey, 39, of 10023 W. Park Drive, Cromwell, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.

• 1:31 p.m. Wednesday – Scott Noble, 27, Rome City, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

• 1:36 p.m. Wednesday – April J. Hamb, 27, South Bend, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $400.

• 1:39 p.m. Wednesday – Hector H. Hinojosa Jr., 48, of 321 S. High St., Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication, unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle and felony battery with bodily waste. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:34 p.m. Wednesday – Kassandra D. Roberts, 26, of 2301 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of a controlled substance and theft. Bond: $5,850.

• 3:29 p.m. Wednesday – Ethan D. Jessie, 29, of 4547 E. Fox Run Drive, Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while being a habitual traffic violator. No bond set.

• 3:32 p.m. Wednesday – Dustin E. Pruitt, 28, of 608 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $5,750.

• 9:58 p.m. Wednesday – Trevin R. Miller, 22, of 1114 E. CR 300N, Warsaw, arrested for possession of a syringe, possession of paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, operating a vehicle while intoxicated and misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $10,618.64.

• 12:06 a.m. Thursday – Sheena M. Icenberg, 37, of 3762 W. Old 30, #702, Warsaw, arrested on a civil warrant. Bond: $690.

• 12:11 a.m. Thursday – Nicholas K. Adams, 23, of 3364 E. CR 300N, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 3:22 a.m. Thursday – Josheb R. Larrison, of 210 S. Elm St., Etna Green, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $400.

• 6:51 a.m. Thursday – Juan C. Diaz, 34, Goshen, arrested for operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.

• 4:01 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of West Ind. 14 and South CR 600W, Silver Lake. Car-Jeep collision. Drivers: Anthony Collins, 22, Disco East 16 South, Silver Lake; David B. Kintzel, 47, West Ind. 14, Akron. Injuries: Anthony Collins complained of pain to his entire body and was taken by ambulance to Kosciusko Community Hospital; a passenger in Anthony Collins’ car, Austin J. Colins, 23, West Decoy Road, Mentone, had a severe head injury and was taken by Samaritan to Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne; another passenger in Anthony Collins’ car, Rita M. Collins, 56, West Decoy Road, Mentone, complained of pain to her entire body and was taken by ambulance to KCH Damage: $25,000-$50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 8:49 a.m. Wednesday – A woman reported credit cards, personal documents and a cellphone were taken from her vehicle in the 700 block of West Market Street, Warsaw. Value: $1,100. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 9:32 a.m. Wednesday – A man reported firearms were stolen from his home in the 12100 block of South Packerton Road, Silver Lake. Value: $350. KCSO.

• 12:09 p.m. Wednesday – A woman reported her cellphone was stolen in the 1600 block of West Lake Street, Warsaw. Value: $80. WPD.

• 12:42 p.m. Wednesday – An individual was arrested in the 100 block of West Center Street, Warsaw, for aggravated assault, unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle and public intoxication. WPD.

• 1:32 p.m. Wednesday – A man reported criminal mischief to his pickup truck in the 1100 block of South CR 675W, Warsaw. KCSO.

• 1:53 p.m. Wednesday – Police received a call about an intoxicated person at Handy Spot in the 2200 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 7:48 p.m. Wednesday – A man told police someone tried to enter his residence in the 800 block of East Main Street, Warsaw, and damaged the front door lock and handle. Value: $150. WPD.

• 7:49 p.m. Wednesday – An individual was arrested after a drug overdose in the 800 block of North Parker Street, Warsaw, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. WPD.

• 10:52 p.m. Wednesday – An individual was arrested in the 900 block of North CR 300E, Warsaw, for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. WPD.
