• 7:52 a.m. Tuesday – Heather J. Fountain, 28, of 944 E. Garfield St., Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 7:57 a.m. Tuesday – Jacob D. King, 21, of 944 E. Garfield St., Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation, misdemeanor probation violation, theft and theft with a prior theft conviction. Bond: $5,750.

• 11:20 a.m. Tuesday – Laura J. Huff, 49, Albion, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 1:57 p.m. Tuesday – Bobby D. Olinger, 53, of 1217 E. Clark St., Warsaw, arrested for intimidation. Bond: $600.

• 4:30 p.m. Tuesday – Cody A. Hale, 31, of 425 Wexford Place, Warsaw, arrested for dealing narcotics. Bond: $10,250.

• 8:58 p.m. Tuesday – Bobby L. Shelton, 39, of 3699 N. CR 175 East, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $5,750.

• 10:34 p.m. Tuesday – Eric B. Salyer, 27, of 722 W. Jefferson St., Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor probation violation, possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, possession of a syringe and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:29 a.m. Wednesday – Jacqueline A. Brown, 31, homeless, arrested for possession of paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

• 3:55 a.m. Wednesday – Becky J. Lewallen, 55, of 312 W. Crystal Flash Road, #30, North Webster, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and operating a vehicle while being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:25 a.m. Wednesday – North Old Ind. 15, 3,200 feet north of East Van Buren Street, Leesburg. Car hit utility pole owned by NIPSCO. Driver: Betsy A. Small, 44, North CR 850 West, Pierceton. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 10:02 a.m. Tuesday – An employee of Hampton Inn reported the theft of money in the 100 block of Robmar Drive, Warsaw. Value: $225. WPD.

• 1:35 p.m. Tuesday – An employee of Matthew’s Painting Company reported the theft of a power washer in the 8400 block of North CR 850 East, Syracuse. Value: $1,000. KCSO.

• 7:37 p.m. Tuesday – A criminal recklessness report was filed in the 200 block of Court Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:37 p.m. Tuesday – An individual was arrested in the 200 block of West Jefferson Street, Warsaw, for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and resisting law enforcement. WPD.

• 1:02 a.m. Wednesday – An individual was arrested in the 500 block of West Railroad Avenue, Syracuse, for possession of methamphetamine and operating a vehicle while being a habitual traffic violator. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 1:33 a.m. Wednesday – An individual was arrested in the 200 block of South High Street, Warsaw, for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. WPD.
