Banks’ Summer Interns Return To Warsaw
By -
Congressman Jim Banks (IN-03) recently thanked his summer interns for a productive two months of public service before they returned home to Warsaw on Friday. Justin Kerschner and Keeton Bartol graduated together from Warsaw Community High School in 2016. Bartol attends Purdue University where he studies political science and law and society; and Kerschner attends Indiana University where he studies public financial management. The two will graduate in 2020. Bartol hopes to pursue a career in corporate law while Kerschner plans to use his degree to work on federal fiscal policy. Rep. Banks said, “Thank you, Justin and Keeton, for the valuable contributions you made this summer – to our D.C. office, and to the 3rd district of Indiana. It’s always heartening to overhear debates over IU and Purdue basketball in a D.C. office building. You both are excellent representatives of Warsaw and I wish you well in your final year of college.”
