• 7:01 a.m. Wednesday – Gordon R. Miller, 64, Goshen, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 8:52 a.m. Wednesday – Carlos C. Brito, 24, of 1220 E. Clark St., Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $400.

• 12:14 p.m. Wednesday – Derek C. Krichbaum, 34, homeless, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $10,500.

• 12:20 p.m. Wednesday – Sara F. Rivera, 33, of 1731 E. Kosciusko Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:24 p.m. Wednesday – Darryn M. Francis, 20, of 920 Anchorage Road, #74, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.

• 5:38 p.m. Wednesday – Anthony W. Miller, 37, of 111 E. High St., Atwood, arrested for manufacturing methamphetamine, vehicle theft, driving while suspended with a prior suspension, possession of methamphetamine and three felony failure to appear charges. Bond: $20,500.

• 6:19 p.m. Wednesday – Jacquelynn M. Miller, 38, of 726 N. Lake St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.

• 8:39 p.m. Wednesday – Brandon C. Carpenter, 32, of 8727 E. Hatchery Road, Syracuse, arrested for possession of a syringe, resisting law enforcement, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, public intoxication and operating a vehicle while being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.

• 7:28 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of South CR 800W and West CR 100S, Mentone. Two-car collision. Drivers: Kathleen M. Christie, 73, West Lakeview Park Drive, Warsaw; Michelle L. Rogers, 43, South Ind. 19, Akron. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 4:24 p.m. Wednesday – U.S. 30, 150 feet west of East Center Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Nicole K. Fullmer, 23, South Bend; John A. Gourley, 48, Saukville, Wis. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 8:45 p.m. Wednesday – North CR 150W, 32 feet north of West CR 500N, Warsaw. SUV hit tree. Driver: Sandra Medina, 29, East Ramar Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.

• midnight Wednesday – A hit and run was reported in the 900 block of North Mill Street, Syracuse, by the Syracuse Cemetery Association. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 1:18 p.m. Wednesday – A woman reported fraud in the 1200 block of South Robinson Lake Road, Pierceton. Value: $82.05. KCSO.

• 1:45 p.m. Wednesday – An employee of Explorer Van in the 2700 block of North Fox Farm Road, Warsaw, reported the theft of vehicle parts and accessories. Value: $9,000. KCSO.

• 7:42 p.m. Wednesday – A suspicious person was reported in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw, and resulted in the arrest of an individual for possession of cocaine, possession of paraphernalia and public intoxication. WPD.

• 9:17 p.m. Wednesday – A demented person was reported in the 700 block of East Smith Street, Warsaw. WPD.

Warsaw Battles Back Down 21-0 To Stun NorthWood 35-21
While Warsaw did not get the start that it wanted facing off against Northern Lakes Conference foe NorthWood Friday night, the Tigers certainly got the finish they were looking for. Down 21-0 early in the contest, Warsaw battled back, scoring the last 35 points of the game to pick up a 35-21 win in Nappanee, the school’s first since 2012.
