• 8:52 a.m. Wednesday – Carlos C. Brito, 24, of 1220 E. Clark St., Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $400.
• 12:14 p.m. Wednesday – Derek C. Krichbaum, 34, homeless, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $10,500.
• 12:20 p.m. Wednesday – Sara F. Rivera, 33, of 1731 E. Kosciusko Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.
• 5:24 p.m. Wednesday – Darryn M. Francis, 20, of 920 Anchorage Road, #74, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.
• 5:38 p.m. Wednesday – Anthony W. Miller, 37, of 111 E. High St., Atwood, arrested for manufacturing methamphetamine, vehicle theft, driving while suspended with a prior suspension, possession of methamphetamine and three felony failure to appear charges. Bond: $20,500.
• 6:19 p.m. Wednesday – Jacquelynn M. Miller, 38, of 726 N. Lake St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.
• 8:39 p.m. Wednesday – Brandon C. Carpenter, 32, of 8727 E. Hatchery Road, Syracuse, arrested for possession of a syringe, resisting law enforcement, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, public intoxication and operating a vehicle while being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:45 p.m. Wednesday – An employee of Explorer Van in the 2700 block of North Fox Farm Road, Warsaw, reported the theft of vehicle parts and accessories. Value: $9,000. KCSO.
• 7:42 p.m. Wednesday – A suspicious person was reported in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw, and resulted in the arrest of an individual for possession of cocaine, possession of paraphernalia and public intoxication. WPD.
